Please read what I’m writing. I’m not saying Fatawu is better than Barnes (I don’t believe he is, for the record). Even Barnes wasn’t good enough for this crowd. Fatawu is a very good winger for this division and still one of the best players in the league.

And still got slated on here every week. Fatawu is in a tough situation. Most of Marti’s tactics this season have just been to get it to Abdul and pray. Fatawu is still managing to be incredibly productive considering what’s happening around him.

This is what I’d read about Harvey Barnes on here. It’s damn near impossible for a winger to be perfect enough for FoxesTalk!

That info is coming from staff employees who shared it. It was sent in a follow-up memo that went out to staff. An excerpt from that follow-up memo was since included in Percy’s article.

But they were told they were getting paid early this month (as reported by media outlets and confirmed by others on this thread). As asked by another in this thread, why would you possibly look for angles on behalf of the owner instead of advocating for community members who are just trying to scrape together a decent Christmas for their families?

Early pay in December has been the club’s practice for the last ten years and employees were given no indication that the payments would not go through today until “Monica” emailed the staff yesterday.

That could be a possibility. Constantly scrambling at the very last second. I’m also not ruling out that this was always the plan behind the scenes and they didn’t care to tell employees until they were forced to.
