Agree The cost of getting a manager is pretty cheap compared to that of players but the manager has a greater effect than most players IMO - playing style, recruitment and youth development can all enhance playing staff values and effectively pay for the appointment in that way. For the cost of an Ayew we would have at least had a manage who could build on what had been started.
