If we can keep up with those clubs on the pitch and still not lose our "colloquial" feel as Jordan puts it then in my book that is the absolute best case scenario and I certainly wouldn't wish for anything else.

Spot on mate. At this point the consistently strong recruitment cannot be attributed to individuals it is clearly the whole system started under Vichai and Pearson which the club has now maintained across multiple managers.

4 is not enough. Vardy, Vichai,Pearson, Ranieri. Heavy focus on our greatest success. Ranieri feels weird given how fleeting his involvement was but I mean...he won the league!

He's been absolutely class pretty much 100% of the time he's played so it's not too surprising to me that he is up there on average rating.

I do agree with this but I am expecting us to play very differently once all are fit so I'm reserving judgement and just enjoying the results for now.

Honestly think we are the best place for him to be and that will still be true next year. He will have people after him though if he continues to play for us so we'll have to see how serious they are and where his heads at at the time.

I think he's best suited to the deeper role. I see him more as the "hockey assist" guy than anything else in this team.

Obviously the extra rest benefits us but I still feel for the player(s) as I'm sure they want to play for their country and surely feel they've earned the chance.

I wouldn't expect Fofana+Soyuncu to work as well as either + Evans yet. We should try them as a partnership at some point for sure but for me it's Evans+another for now. Just got to balance that with making sure we can keep the other two happy for our longer term plans.

Shame we won't have opposing fans to chant about her thanks to covid, that would have been the league/golden boot wrapped up.

Always knew he was good but didn't really expect him to get the chance to show it here. Love to see it, our midfield options are quite strong with all fit!
