I agree with that, and I’m happy with my car, but you pay a significant amount extra for the car so I do think overall they probably end up being slightly more expensive.

I did similar but mainly through Sweden and it was one of the best trips I’ve done. Started in Tromso Norway, then travelled down through Sweden including the sleeper train from Kiruna to Stockholm. Bergen looks great, Lofeten is someone I really need to go to.

For anyone that likes Ghost stories, Uncanny starts on BBC tonight. The podcast is excellent and I went to the live show on Wednesday which was also very good. It shows a very balanced view and tries to explain these logically. Should be decent.

On the run where I stacked it twice I did genuinely end up in the reeds on the edge of the canal, so this is possible.

Re flatter routes, when I was really into running and chasing times I would go and run one way along the canal to try for PBs. The stretch from South Wigston to the KP is well trodden so if you are around this way I’d recommend that. Not so much from SW towards Kirby as I stacked it about every time due to tree routes/obstacles.

That game was a travesty.

Soumare averaging less than Luke Thomas who played 90 mins in a defence conceding 8 is a highlight.

Unfortunately, I really doubt that will be the case. I think he retires from management at the end of the season/when he leaves this job. The one thing I would say, it’s very clear that him and Susan Whelan have an excellent relationship.
