Just to challenge this, that’s one thing the club have got right over the years. The use of our academy has yielded a great return and the club have tended to put players in at the right time. It’s the classic at the moment, Nelson being overrated as he’s out of the team. Always happens!

Well not necessarily. Top level Recruitment, finances, wage structure and strategy…could all be seen basic functionalities of a CEO regardless of football/industry.
