Wout Faes getting hammered on the excellent Football Clichés podcast after another howler at Monaco! "Wout Faes - have you ever seen him do anything good?!" https://open.spotify.com/episode/0fSfc41bEVIa48GyL9783a?si=ryH6s08mTZK_ohlFDeqkKA&t=325&ct=234

I think he was talking about the football... -
He said a bit more than that on a recent podcast, BTG were talking about it recently. Mismanagement was the word used.

I was walking past the co-op in West Bridgford on the way to a Notts County game and picked up half a dozen 9mm bullets from the little clump of grass at the foot of a lamp post. Showed a guy we were with who was in CID and he chucked them in a bin, I was really annoyed. -
Be happy for him to march round slapping all of them

For half the squad, there's no need to slow the footage down
-
I think our only hope is tight, disciplined anti-football tbh I hope we win every game 1-0 for the rest of the season

Stoke (A) 21/02/26: Pre-Match Thread

Yeah if it's just us against their goalkeeper I fancy us to score at least one, then we'll just have to pray that we don't throw away any silly goals. I'd be more confident if we were seven up at half time. -

I'd love to think that there'll be an instant lifting of the cloud of failure that surrounds the squad, but i haven't seen anything to suggest that's possible -

It's a pisstake? I really hope it's a pisstake. Tragic that it's plausible at first read. -

It's worse than that, they go and lose to a team with 10 changes -
I don't know why we relegate

Each to their own.... Leicester City belongs to all of us

Because AI favours a particular, clean writing style using some very repetitive techniques. On a forum where individuals express opinions, the different voices and styles are really important. If we use AI tools we will converge on an inauthentic monochrome style devoid of human imperfection and variation. For example, my opinion is that i know some people very much enjoy sitting in a little chair in the corner and watching some other bloke absolutely muller their wife. If they want to applaud that then that's their decision, but I'll never understand it. AI wouldn't reach for that example... -
We'll get £30 million from Quorn for Thomas
-
For someone who's wanted a season ticket for 20 years, it's a long game
-
To reach 50 points we'd need to increase our ppg to 1.3. We've got 1 point from the last 7 games.

Not very good at defending the flanks -
Praying I have the chance to 'buy the dip' to be honest, I used to work nights and weekends. Always wanted a season ticket. If I only have to endure ten years of abject misery before things are decent again that'll be worth it.

Luke Thomas has been directly at fault for many, many goals not just this season but for years
-
They'd all just end up in our goal
