He was decent at Luton, reminds me a bit of Wan Bissaka. Quick and tough to beat 1 to 1 but not the most technical

I think we saw the obvious flaws with Skipp against charlton. He’s ok on the ball but all he'll do is go sideways or backwards. He's not particularly quick or tall, he's not physical. He's not a DM, he's not Box to Box, he's not an AM. He won't progress the ball or take initiative. He plays like he's trying to avoid making a mistake but that is not enough. You cant have passengers in midfield because it's usually where the game is won or lost. You need presence, quality and conviction. Someone who demands the ball. I was prepared to give him a chance this season but I can't see him improving. The guy a wet lettuce, and not a regular starter... the sooner Marti realises this the better.

Is this a good source?

To be fair to Bilal, he had a good attitude even when the rest of the team was falling apart last season and sh*t went extremely south. If he puts his head down he could be the best player in the Championship this year. There will be a big money move on the horizon even if it's not this summer

This is a tough one. Faes gets a lot of stick because he can drop the odd bollock and he does come across a bit arrogant. He’s definitely been part of the decline. But for me, he’s still our best defender, especially in the championship. He's a Belgium international for god sake. He offers more than the others. No doubt we need a reset but I think I'd rather see Okoli or Vestergaard go before Faes.

He'd be a great focal point. Quite tall and powerful centre forward of a similar mould to Mitrovic. Hope there's truth in this

We are massively weaker after this. Bilal was the last creative midfielder we had left. We've already loaned money from a bank against parachute payments so presumably that's all gone too. Absolutely no guarantees any of it will be reinvented. Financial meltdown.

I hope we reinvest some of that fee into 3–4 players for Marti — let him bring in whoever he wants to fits his system. If we don't then we can forget about going up this season.
