We are underperforming massively but there's so many issues. In terms of the players - the mentality is the biggest thing... All Marti goes on about is us being 'together' but were not... The fans are just beyond fed up, the players look like they really aren't enjoying it. A lot of our players can't wait to escape and we can't wait to get rid of them - it would take an extremely strong and no nonsense character who won't stand for any crap whatsoever to get anything out of this current group. Were basically waiting for the summer now until 7/8 are out the door... But unfortunately we've got 6 months of football in-between In his defence - some people seem to forget Enzo was allowed to buy five of his own players and bring in several more on loan when we were relegated. Marti hasn’t had a penny. He might not be a brilliant manager or tactical genius, but he’s working with an average squad that’s gone completely stale. There’s no fight in us and the only player showing anything is JJ –who's not even ours. I actually feel for Marti because this job is almost impossible with this hierarchy. They want everything but give nothing. If the club was a house you'd basically demolish the whole thing. And start again brick by brick - he needs a bulldozer and all he's been given a dustpan and brush.

I’m based in Farnborough but have done Blackburn, Pompey, and Cov home games this season. We got 2 points from those three by the way. Decided not to bother this weekend. Factoring in petrol, cold weather, and 40 odd quid for a member for what we’re serving up right now. Nah, not worth the effort sadly
