What's he saying about us?

Southampton have played only 1 of the top 9 teams in their last 12 games. And they're next 4 are against Swansea, Rotherham, Huddersfield and Bristol City.

Match Ratings: Coventry 3-1 Leicester City - Vote Now
Sunbury Fox replied to Mark's topic in Leicester City Forum
I think rather than 'stay' or 'go' for the manager, we should rate him out of 10, like the players. -
Our record against the better sides in the division is not great to be honest. Against the top 9 we've W4 D1 L4 at just 1.44 points per game, whilst winning 17 out of 18 against sides in 10th or lower. Meanwhile, 3 of our 4 defeats have come in the absence through injury of Ndidi. Admittedly, those 3 defeats have all been against teams in the top 9 but still worrying, given that he is expected to be out until March.

Dream day for George Elek.
-
This has been arguably the worst day of the season.
-
Enzo's tactics totally baffling second half - you need a threat on the counter when you're down to 10. Also wonder if it was a good idea to rest so many players last week. It meant most of our players had not played for almost 2 weeks before today and that perhaps explains how sloppy and off the pace we looked, even in the first half with 11 men.

That is a truly appalling decision for the red. It's late but his foot is very low. The pen is interesting. Initially I thought it was never a pen but you see the replay and the defender gets the ball but then takes out Dewsbury-Hall thigh high, so you can see why it's given.

11th most profitable academy in England in the last 10 years

Johnson went for less than Chilwell. -
No time for him at all after last season. Went missing completely as captain when we needed leadership desperately and showed absolutely no remorse about our relegation - after the final game against West Ham his interview was a disgrace, just talking about how the players had been saying goodbye to each other in the dressing room. WTAF?! If he ever comes back to the KP, I hope he gets a worse reception than Maguire did.

Am I the only one who has developed an irrational dislike of Jonny Evans? Actually it's not irrational at all. The git lost all interest playing for us last season, went missing completely as captain when we needed leadership desperately, showed no remorse about our relegation and now lo and behold is somehow fit to play for Man U every week.

FA Cup Fourth Round Draw (Monday 7:50pm)
Sunbury Fox replied to LCFCJoe96's topic in Leicester City Forum
West Brom v Wolves will be on if the latter get through. -
This must be one of the dullest FA Cup 3rd rounds in history. Not a single club from the top 2 divisions have been knocked out by a lower league club. Now relying on Wigan to beat Man U tomorrow night to change that!

LCFC 3-2 Millwall - FA Cup - Post Match Thread
Sunbury Fox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Looking at their forum there are loads of posts like this. They didn't seem to appreciate that we fielded a starting team containing only 1 guaranteed starter from out first XI. -
That actually looks okay apart from the wingers.
-
This is a huge blow. All of the potential replacements currently in the squad represent a massive drop off in effectiveness compared to Wilf.
-
The problem with resting the first XI en masse is that they could lack a bit of match sharpness at Cov after 2 weeks out. Momentum is also a big thing in football. Playing a whole load of reserves and going out of the Cup tamely as a result could impact negatively more generally. It certainly did when Pearson did it back in 2012/13, though of course this current squad is much stronger. I just feel we should make 5 or 6 changes rather than 10 or 11. It's very hard for a team of squad players to be thrown together and play coherently.
-
I'm not at all convinced it would be a good deal tbh. He was decent second half today after an anonymous first half, but he would be Ghezzal mark 2 in the PL, I reckon.
-
Salah starting for Liverpool tonight then despite today being the day when players are meant to be released for Afcon.
-
Seeing as KDH didn't play at all today, might he actually start this game? Wouldn't want him to go into the Cov game lacking match sharpness after 2 weeks off.
-
That horrible scrote Tyler Morton sent off for Hull.
-
Not the awful Casadei- Yunus combo in CM again. No Ndidi, Nacho or Daka on the bench. Have they left for AFCON already?
-
Had a brief panic when I saw someone called Abdul Fatawu on this list! But thankfully it's clearly a different player!
-
This is unbelievably good news.
-
True, but he still gets more minutes than he deserves based on his 'performances'!
