Surely he goes after this. The tactics are just so bad. The subs are mind boggling and the players don't look up for it at all.

I always wonder why we don't make any subs, then I glance at our bench and think "fair enough" -

A lambo would lose to a larda if it was driven by Stevie Wonder. -
Have to have McAteer in for Ayew, at least you notice Ayew is on the pitch. Choudhury for Ndidi and that's a stunning left hand side, a real nod to our academy

Match Ratings: Man Utd 5-2 Leicester City - Vote Now

Not sure what game other people were watching, to give either of our starting wingers a rating above "1". The "1" is scored by managing to put their boots on the correct feet, although they didn't play like it. -
We could have Cafu at right back and it would to average out to being our worst right hand side.
-
I need Garnacho to somehow get booked to win a crazy outside bet. Already got an 8/1 on over 2.5 goals Garnacho to score or assist and win a foul.
-
Alongside BDCR have we ever had a more limited pair of wingers relative to the league we're in?
-
So we know who to moan about when they have 0 touches in the opp. box on 60 minutes at 2-0 down?
-
Does it matter? Does it really matter??

The bench is honking, he'll never win in that regard. Maybe, just maybe, we aren't very good. He's tried to play a more expansive game today and it's proven that we just aren't good enough to do that in this league. We have a couple of steady mid table players, competition winners in defence and an excellent keeper. This is where we're at.

The definitive game for every Leicester scoreline

3-2 against Forest at the City Ground to sneak into that final Play-Off spot was pretty memorable. We've been non stop drama since that day it feels. -
Come back from 2-0 down to win 3-2 with the last kick of the game and this thread is hot.. Give it a rest, you can start again tpmorrow.

Anybody who thinks the PL is going to have officials completely against us this season, should go and watch that game back. I'd be absolutely fuming with the balance of offiating in that game if I were in the Southampton camp. Shambles. -
I agree with all your points, but as long as we're on course for at least 17th, Cooper will remain. "we can do better" won't matter to this board, survival is the remit whether the players are capable of more or not. I want someone better too, I hate this style and think he's made a lot of players worse. I was merely pointing out he's changed it to get us 3 points today.
-
I agree. But... Taking the club forwards this season, is survival. If it doesn't look like he's going to accomplish that, he needs to go then. He won his last game and looks like he's about to pick up at least a point away from home here. It's not great viewing, it's not exciting, but if he does enough to get us 17th after 38 games with this squad, it's job done.
-
So if he picks the starting 11 that wins the next 5 games, it's all about the players and he still has to go? Dont get me wrong, I think he needs to go. I'm just giving him some credit for what's happened in this half.
-
Tbf to him, he's changed shape and personnel that has totally swung this game.
-
There's only 1 worthwhile sub left tbf
-
3-2-4-1 Last roll of the dice for Cooper??
-
First shot on target!
-
It's OK. We're incapable of playing well in 2 halves anyway. I'm almost resigned to the drop with Cooper in charge.

Bournemouth (H) 1 - 0 -- Post-Match Thread (5 Oct 24)

That's Cooper safe til Xmas then Seriously though, happy to get the 1st win however it comes, but that was an awful 2nd half and there won't be many more points won playing that way. Look at the chance Bournemouth had. -
And yet he's seen plenty of the ball, held it well and won free kicks to relieve pressure. It's clearly a plan and he's done well in that regard. On the flip side, we've found space behind their midfield a few times and not capitalised.

We'll get nothing from VAR this season.
