Good start! Part me of wants to achieve promotion on the pitch though, but best not to take the chance to bottle it.

Adding to that, COVID limiting our attendance for the FA cup Would love to see us secure something at the final whistle for once. Promotion on Monday, title at the KP the following week.

I've been openly critical in the last month. But we have been superb tonight. Tactically spot on, even if Southampton's style plays into our hands a little.

I'd say they've performed exactly like most Leicester sides I've seen over the last few years, when everything is on the line.

Ipswich - 2 tough away games and a final game against a relegation threatened Huddersfield. Can see them getting 94 points. Leeds - That final game against Southampton could be crucial for us, they could get anything from 91 to 96 points for me. Southampton - on their form with their fixtures, they should win out (including us) 96 points, which would leave Leeds on 93. Somehow, I think 2 wins sees us up on GD, not that we deserve it

He 100% won't change the tactics, so within that system, let's see. MH CC JV CD RP HW AF DP KDH SM JV (don't really care which JV plays where, both a better option than Faes/Daka) I'd love to see Iheanacho or Cannon come into one of the 8 roles, but that's madness!

If we saw any tactical flexibility during any of these defeats, there'd be an element of leniency towards him. The players are tired and over coached to play 1 way, you can see the lack of anything spontaneous happening. Everything we do has been rehearsed on the training pitch 100 times over. The players are bored, we're bored.

It's like he's downloaded a meta Pep tactic for Football Manager and it's been patched out, and he's wondering what's gone wrong.

It's all very 'meh' Granted I've had all passion beaten out of me by the last few years, but scoring, conceding, winning, all feel like they can be shrugged off. I miss a fit and motivated Tielemans. Mainoo looks like he belongs. Quality 3 in CM for England. Defence a worry if you're gonna go far, especially full back.
