  1. A historic building that could've easily been preserved and redeveloped replaced by a the most generic, shit, prefab office block? Basically the story of Leicester City planning for about the last 40 years.
  2. WoKe NoNsEnSe
  3. TBF the Belgium national team have done us a huge favour here RUDKIN: "Fifteen million quid and no less" *winks at Top* RUDKIN: "for an INTERNATIONAL lol"
  4. Haha, probably should've added a () to my post. TBF, had no idea where it came from - just that someone shared it on here. Only teasing!
  5. He's already logged onto his own Wikipedia to update it.
  6. I was browsing Reddit yesterday, and on r/AskUK, someone had posed the question about the biggest dump of a city in the country. Leicester was up there with Stoke as the city that came up the most. As someone with family from Stoke, I can attest to it being a dump - but is Leicester's reputation that bad across the rest of the country? I've lived away from the city for 20 years and I can't say I've really heard that opinion that often. ...Maybe people are just being polite.
  7. Went to YouTube to find the presser only to see the club have uploaded the QPR pre-match two days after the game. Nice to see everything running smoothly for the admins
  8. I love that Heskey, Izzet, Tags, Walshy and Elliott are all still involved with the club in some capacity or another too. Just goes to show how much of a connection they developed with City and the fanbase.
  9. I might be wrong, but I think they'd have to pay a compensation / solidarity fee to release him. Not that it would be that much considering how much he could be worth.
  10. Honestly what the **** is going on? Are we fixing matches?
  11. Nice to see the **** up at the back isn’t us for a change
  12. Two absolutely Championship sides this.
  13. We just love giving the opposition goals.
  14. Everyone around me is shouting. Did we score?
  15. It's great. I still play it a lot. So tonally versatile. Ideally I'd replace the pickups but putting in 3 premium humbuckers just isn't economically viable. My biggest gripe with it is the neck dive. Easily the worst I've ever experienced But I don't gig anymore so it doesn't bother me. It has a lot of sentimental value for me so I'll never part with it.
  16. Poor "blunts & hoes" as it's affectionately been known by just me ever since the "s" fell off the signage once. A shame, but not at all surprising.
  17. Like with Greenland, Canada, the Panama Canal and whatever else he's been banging on about in the past few days - Congress would never approve military action. So I just don't know what his angle is. Is it attention? Deadcatting to detract from election promises that won't be fulfilled? Trey Parker and Matt Stone would struggle to come up with this stuff.
  18. We're eight days into 2025 and I already want to get off.
  19. It won’t happen, but it wouldn’t bother me. I’d rather someone upset the greedy six. Besides, it wouldn’t eclipse ours. They’ve spent like £300m in the last few seasons. Ours cost £22m.
  20. “Was here be here before you” I assume at least a handful of our fans are over 20 years old, right? Engagement bait nonsense.
  21. It was the usual attempt at gaslighting the fans. "Look at all the success we've had! How can you be angry at us?" trying to deflect attention away from the most egregious relegation in Premier League history, and the shockingly rapid decline of the football club. TBF it seems to work.
  22. Love a stealth game, me. But it's pretty stealth-lite in that the NPCs can barely see you about 10m away in broad daylight even on the hardest difficulty. I love whacking goons with any old shit I find laying around, mind - and the fist fighting is fun. They've done a really incredible job of capturing the Indiana Jones world though. The voice actor has done an unbelievable job of mimicking Harrison Ford and the music is sublime. Tombs and puzzles are fun too. Really enjoying it, the only bit I don't really get on with is the amount of backtracking - especially if you miss a collectible or something.
  23. He's a lower Championship level squad player. May as well give him another contract since that's precisely where we'll be next season.
