  1. This. People blag interviews all the time, in fact it's the shittest way to determine if somebody is right for a job or not - trust me, come to my workplace. You can train for an interview, you can get really, really good at them, but it in no way means you are suitable for the job you are applying for or not.
  2. Still find it weird that people think Maresca = Definite Relegation. There has never been any evidence for that. Sure, the football and philosophy was riskier but at least they actually played and the players were committed to it 100%. How anyone thought we'd be better of with a dinosoar like Cooper in charge is beyond me. This idea that a promoted team must play mindless ****ing hoofball to stay in the league is a myth.
  3. Always find this time of year difficult in terms of layering. Went out this morning in a long-sleeve Ron-Hill with thin windbreaker/water resistant jacket on top and was way, way too warm.
  4. He's ****ing bobbins. How he played for Fulham so often is a mystery to me.
  5. Bilal really is an odd one. He's a 'luxury player', which seems odd considering we were apparently restricted by FFP and that was the reason we had to get Cooper in on the cheap.
  6. Cooper isn't a victim. Unless you consider Rudkin and Top placing a bloke in a position well out of his depth as victimisation. The criticism is all of his own making so far...
  7. 100%
  8. If it wasn't for Mads then we could well have seen 8 get put past us.
  9. Which fair enough may have played a part, but if Corborans release clause really was only £2m and then we went on to spend the kind of money we did on player transfers (some of which the value certainly remains to be seen) then the questions do need to be asked.
  10. That did happen, but I think it had more to do with the fact that out of all the names banded around and the candidates the club spoke with, it was by far the most lazy, uninspiring and cheapskate option.
  11. Unbelievable talent.
  12. But only if he does his press conferences in the style of Mandaric
  13. I can appreciate that viewpoint and I don't wholly disagree, but I was just picking you up on the point about people digging him out because he's ex-Forest. I just don't think that's there and I haven't such much evidence of it (on here at least, I can't speak for the general match-going public)
  14. Speaks Volumes that young Bueno looks like he's trying his absolute hardest and yet is only here on a season-long loan.
  15. Trouble is, I'll believe that when I see it. I genuinely think they run on different time to us. They won't leave it as long as Brendan but I bet they still leave it well beyond the point where it turns really toxic.
  16. Nope, not at all. My argument is purely pointing out that there are some right deluded ghouls on here that are so stuck in pre-Premeier League era they no longer understand football.
  17. I genuinely haven't seen anybody bar the odd one or two even factor that in. You're using that as a scapegoating argument. I couldn't give a flying **** that he managed Forest. What I do care about is how he manages Leicester, and sadly it stinks.
  18. Embarrassing is watching the same people clapping us to relegation doing it all over again in the face of overwhelming evidence that points to us being managed like utter shit (again).
  19. The same type of people that happy clapped Rodgers taking us down clearly haven't learnt from their mistakes.
  20. Changed my mind. Cooper forever.
  21. It depends if Rudkin and Top do as per Brendan and join the give him time brigade
  22. Please get rid. The give him time brigade have lost their minds and don't care about this club.
  23. Crazy take that. It's not the quality of the players, it's what you do with them, and much of what Cooper is doing with them is simply wrong. (I don't currently have the time to go into tactical detail but the positional and personel changes he's made have set us back massively). We won the league with an inferior squad in comparrison to perhaps 10 other teams that season. To suggest there isn't much Cooper can do to improve the situation is, without wanting to offend, is ridiculous. If you can tell me what his system is, what his style is, what his tactical aims are then I'd love to know. If we are going down the 'players aren't good enough route', think about how this group of Premier League players didn't have a shot on target against League 2 Walsall until the 78th minute and ask honestly, is that because our players are worse than Walsalls, or is it the way we set them up to play? It can only be the latter.
  24. Surely that's a come and get me.
