  1. Kane's funeral is going to be a riot. Trying to get him in the box is a nightmare!
  2. Coached his brother didn't he?
  3. There is absolutely nothing to suggest that RVN has a higher ceiling than Cooper. He's like 3/4 years older, has far less managerial experience and in his one and only year as a senior manager, he turned his squad against him.
  4. And yet none of that alters or affects in any way my original statement that Enzo was not "tactically astute"
  5. Unpopular opinion but I don't think we are any worse off with Cooper than we where with Enzo. Enzo is a better manager and I'm sure he'll go on to have a great career but a manager who plays a style of football that requires players better than we can afford to be succesful at this level and who is entirely inflexible in changing that system even when it isn't working is of absolutely no use to us. Cooper although not what we all hoped for has proven he can keep a team in this league and is willing to change and adapt his ideas to do it.
  6. You having a laugh? He set the side up the same way in every game, regardless of who it was against and played the same way regardless of whether or not it was working.
  7. The main positive is that 90% of this forum are against it, and seeing as 90% of this forum are morons (myself included) he's likely to be a roaring success.
  8. Think Clark has done a great job with us but his time should be up after this tournament. He looked tactically lost against the Germans and tonight, he done nothing to try and knick that game. No tactical tweaks, 2 subs before the 89 minute, one forced and the other like for like. We had players like Adams who were non existent. Players like McGinn on a yellow and players blowing out their arse and he sat there drinking water... Thank him profusely for what he's done for us and get Moyes in.
  9. I'll take that. We were poor again and I think Clark has suffered a stroke recently as his decisions have been shocking but we are still in it.
  10. Said it at the world cup. It's excellent.
  11. 78 minutes for a sub and it Kenny Mclean!
  12. We've scored 2 goals from 0 shots. Show some fcuking respect.
  13. "Tierney is injured" as a sentence is older than football itself.
  14. We need to get a striker on that atleast knows where the goal is. Shankland for Adams and absolutely anyone for Ralston. That guy is pants.
  15. Fvcking Che Adams! I have no idea what Steve Clark has against scoring goals.
  16. Apparently Cooper is nailed on.
  17. Need to go for it today. Of we go out by having a good go then who care but we can't put on a showing like last time.
  18. Far too much negativity in the main forum. Imma just gonna hide in here... nothing bad will happen in here today? Right?!
  19. The one thing I can't look past with Cooper is 7 points away from home in the season he kept Forest up... That's horrific regardless of how you look at it.
  20. He took a Swedish 4th division side to the top tier and knockout stages of the Europa League in 7 seasons. I understand that, it means nothing in context with the PL but neither does winning the under 17 WC and it's DEFINITELY notable.
  21. I want it probably more than any manager out there, does that push me to the front of the line or does ability play a part?
  22. I don't understand. Yestersay, everyone was certain it was going to be Potter because of a few articles but today, everyone is certain it's going to be Cooper because of a few articles. What have I missed? As it seems that no one has a clue... just like its been for weeks.
  23. I doubt it. I don't see any manager who gets us relegated being in charge next year. The board will need to blame someone and letting the manager stay on would suggest that they are taking the blame... don't see that happening.
  24. Mavididi and Fatawu are the interesting ones for me. I think Mavididi will play inside as an attacker as either one of the inside forwards in his 3421 or an out and out striker in his 3412. Whilst Fatawu may play as a wingback in those systems. He has proven that he doesn't mind to play wingers in this position in the past and I feel it's more suited to Fatawu than inside forward.
