  1. Isn't it Hansi Flick?
  2. I would count us lucky to get Jacob Greaves never mind this fella. Don't see it.
  3. This is the first election of my life that I honestly don't know who I will vote for. As a Scottish independence supporter, I've always voted SNP. It was a no brainier but I don't think I can this time round. The scandals, the corruption and an increasing number of policies that I don't agree with have convinced me that holding onto their power is now more important to them than actually serving the people of Scotland, they will go out their way to make Westminster look bad at the expense of the Scottish people and my political beliefs no longer match theirs. The problem is, as I point blank refuse to vote for a unionist party, and any other pro indy party seems like a waste of a vote... I'm kind of stuck.
  4. I think I read recently that they would be looking for around £10m.
  5. You call them "Losers medals" and wonder why players don't want to wear them?
  6. "It was a shame the club went down" ...Like it wasn't his doing!! I swear, it doesn't sit right with me, how much this pr!ck riles me up!
  7. Is he definately in London?
  8. No. Not even a wee bit.
  9. Absolutely. Especially with regards to free transfers who might go quickly. Someone like Sessegnon for example won't interest Enzo as he doesnt fit his system but if someone like Adi Hutter came in, who plays wingbacks... He's a very decent shout.
  10. I think it would be worth getting Brendan back in just for the spectacular implosion it would cause in the east end of Glasgow.
  11. Oooffft. It's getting awfully Brexity in here!
  12. Right, that's twice you've said it... third time and he shows up like a fcuking boring Candyman!
  13. Ben Doak is the weird one for me. We don't play wingers... I know Forrest is there but I have a suspicion that he might be used as a RWB. If not, it just seems odd that not only will we abandon a system that is pretty much our biggest strength as a team but that we've named two RWers and no-one for the left...
  14. Knutsen all day long.
  15. That's the other thing too though, isn't it? I agree that someone like Moyes potentially has a better shot at keeping us up than Enzo but our ceiling is far higher with Enzo in charge than it is with Moyes. It's that balance between short term success as well as long term growth. Maresca could very well end up being that guy but I've still got those niggling doubts.
  16. This is a tough one. I like Maresca. He is clearly a good coach with lots of potential to grow and who looks to play an attractive brand of football and the players seem to be behind him 100%. I'm definitely not opposed to him staying. However... I have serious doubts about how effective his system will be in the PL against teams much better than we are. There were times when it faltered this season against teams far below our ability. Then there is his apparent point blank refusal to divert from this tactic and style. I don't think you can be so inflexible at PL level. Not only are the players we will face much better but so are the managers and even if his plan A works, most of the managers we will face will adapt to counter it and we already know Enzo won't do anything to adress that. This is why I'm also not overly opposed to him going. Over all, I'm pretty impartial to it. The only thing that pushes me slightly towards him staying is the fear of who we will replace him with.
  17. Having said that, i don't think you are wrong. Him at RCB and I suspect Forrest at RWB will DEFINITELY be the target for the opposition. It also keeps it away from our strongest area on the left so he will have plenty of opportunity to make mistakes.
  18. He would 100% be in the starting 11 for me. He's been excellent for Scotland and fits our system very well with his ability to push out onto the right back position when the wingback goes forward. Similair to Tierney on the other side of the back 3.
  19. There's another thread on here were someone said they had a dream that Jamie Vardy left us and became the new Dr.Who... THAT is more deserving of a topic of discussion AND more believable than this guff. Utter nonsense.
  20. For me, it's him or Vestergaard. I think we need a new central option, and one of the two of them as back up. The other can go. Similarly at RCB. It's Faes or Nelson for me, with a new starter coming in. Preferably Faes to stay and Nelson out on loan. JJ at LB/LCB with someone coming in to compete.
  21. Absolutely. Looks ideal.

Italy would suit him really well, I reckon.

Good. I like him, he had a great attitude and wasn't a bad player. I just don't think he was suited to our system. Wish him all the best.
