Seriously, This is really a complaint about things that are already present. The tannoy, generators and emergency alarm system is still going to be there with or without the expansion. The live music will probably move to the other side of the stadium towards the fans village anyway. This person really is using the opportunity to complain about current issues and not concerns about the development.
