No, I'll do trips like that maybe a couple of times a month. I regularly start around 6am, but home by 2 or 3 in the afternoon.

Parking for Home Games Availability

Less than a 20 minute walk to the Prince of Punjab. You'd be a fool not to. -
I've just remembered what happened to me yesterday... I was in Glastonbury, went int o Morrisons to get a bite to eat. Before I grabbed lunch, I went in to their toilets. It stank. Like, absolutely vile, the worst smell of shite that you could possibly imagine. I almost gagged. Uncontrollably, I blurted out "Jesus Christ" Then I heard a voice from a cubicle, softly and very apologetically, just say "Sorry"

Northamptonshire to Glasgow and back today in 12 hours and 7 minutes. That includes an hour bus journey across Glasgow and 3 stops at services. Total of 676 miles. The M6 and M74 are a joy to drive on once you're north of Preston. (Although I sigh every time when the satnav says "continue for 186 miles" Unfortunately, any further south of that and it's the usual carnage of people in the wrong lane the whole way.

Just watching the post match coverage of the Stoke game. How the hell is Asmir Begovic only 36? He's been around forever.

Champions League Thread 2023/2024

What a finish by Young Boys! -
Of course you take second. The aim is promotion, that's all that matters. Nobody remembers who are 2nd tier champions and nobody really cares. Whilst breaking records would be nice, it's totally irrelevant. Just get back to the Premier League. Do you think Burnley give a toss if we get 107 points?

Get Google maps on your phone, always. Even if you know the way or use the car satnav. You'll get a lovely loud beep warning you of the motorway speed cameras. Driving back home this evening on the M6 through Birmingham, the so called 'smart motorway' was an absolute farce though. Gantries every mile or half a mile, each with a different speed limit displayed. 50, then 60, then 40, then 50, then national limit, then 40 again... Plus, in areas where there are roadworks, with static signs displaying 50, the gantry is displaying 60. What the actual fvck?

Repollo rojo?

One per side so far then.

Need a second. These missed chances could come back to bite us in the arse.

Let's have another 3 or 4 then.

Just had a look on the site where I got mine from, not much on there. They've got the 2021 P7MB's and P7CB's at really good prices. Mine are the 2019 model, still going second hand for more than I paid! If you shop about, you're probably looking around £700ish. You should still be able to get an older model custom fitted with longer shafts.

Only jokingly, purely down to user error. They're fantastic irons, couldn't be more happy with them. Look brilliant, feel really good, consistent and long. I got this brand new set, 5-PW, a year ago, brand new for £499! I think they're the 2018 model? No point spending a fortune on the latest set. They've recently released a new range, so you'll get the 2019 or 2021 set at decent discount now. The P770's are worth a look too, depending on how you play. They're less forgiving, but have more workability. I got mine from scottsdalegolf.co.uk Any more questions, feel free to ask.

A bit like ducks. Nobody tells you this, but they're actually free.

🙄 You having aioli gravy this year?

This is the main game on sky, so if you aren't going and have a Sky subscription, you can watch on Sky Go. But just as a reminder for future games midweek only available on the red button, you can watch through the Sky Sports app or website. Not Sky Go. I know the question gets asked.

As long as you haven't got an open bottle of water with you...

Hide your phone, download your mobile ticket to your laptop, problem solved?

This was when we were on a run of winning 1-0. Something like 4 or 5 games in a row? My non Leicester supporting mate absolutely lumped on us to win 1-0. I think Vardy rounded their keeper in the 93rd minite to make it 2-0? My mate was fvcking livid He's a Villa fan though, so fvck him. At least Jordan Veretout decided to sign for them, so we had to go to Plan B and get Kante

After reading up on him, he was proud of his association with the Krays. Problem is, if you do the maths, he was 9 years old when they went to prison

Is this some kind of joke? Who's Dave Courtney and who lives in Camelot Castle?
-
It showed as suspended until about 20 minutes ago. They voided the bet and gave me my money back! Worth a try. I've caught Betfair out so many times with transposed odds. To the extent that I'm now banned from their site

I've made the ultimate sausage roll with it it a couple of times. Basically a pork Wellington. It was sensational. I'd happily have the beef version, but the uncultured swines that I live with wouldn't eat it.
