It is strange that at 38 it's his finishing that's gone and not so much his pace and athleticism.

We were flat track bullies until Xmas and mid-table form saw us limp over the line. Most half decent managers would have achieved what Enzo did.

Pleat was brilliant when he first came, as was Peter Taylor. The flip side being O'Neill who got off to an awful start and turned it around in spectacular fashion. Maybe there's a lesson to be learned there particularly when a manager joins mid-season. I think it's highly unlikely RvN lasts the season, if we don't get anything at West Ham we could well be at 3 points from 18 games by the time we play Wolves.
