  1. Does allude to perhaps it's not clear cut and they will need to action certain things (PL/EFL) in order for this to stand up. Hahahahaa
  2. Does insurance cover wages when players are out injured? If we aren't tight on loan spaces and his wages are covered whilst injured then I can see why we aren't sending him back.
  3. But surely its better to test him at U21 level aged 17/18 than keep him at U18s where he finds it evidently very easy. It's a little strange IMO, surprised we convinced him to sign a pro deal on the basis he would remain in the U18s.
  4. Was absolutely garried on NYE back in Leicestershire from a few videos I saw 😂😂😂 Doesn't faze the lad, bagsman and pintsman
  5. My prediction is we get Elijah Adebayo from Luton for a nominal fee. Recovering from an ACL will be a massive attraction to us based on past history and his contract is up in the summer. The agency he belongs to as well is one we tend to narrow our business to. Been linked in the past.
  6. Yes agreed. Alves has never been massively prolific from U18 level upwards but creative wise he ought to be very strong at that level with assists and big chances created. Castledine is one of those midfielders who bags, was always double figures at PL2 level and carried it on in League One.
  7. The point I was making is, Castledine should have been who we got two years ago, I said as much at the time. Was one of the beast PL2 players of recent seasons and never in Chelsea's plans. That KDH deal was a disgrace by the way. Any inflated fee for Golding should have meant they paid way more than they did for KDH. How we agreed to that and still supposedly failed PSR for 23/24 is astonishing.
  8. Just said the same. He is now their chief ACM creator.
  9. Only good thing about this is that Alves is now their main creative midfielder.
  10. Did the same with Finn Azaz. Just a no brainer and easy signing to flip massive profit on. To think we paid 4-5 times more for Michael Golding.
  11. Crazy how he's further down the pecking order in an absolute abomination of a squad at a lower level than he was last season. Life under Marti.
  12. Unless we are currently right on the wire in 25/26 to comply with PSR if we don't get promoted, with a robust strategy, the net effect should be financially similar except for benefitting from carefully selected targets this season rather than waiting until " the high earners have gone ". What I mean by that is, if we bought a striker for £3m and a LB for £2m on 4 year deals this season that would have cost around £1.25m on amortised transfer fees and probably £3m in wages and fees. So £4.25m. If we already have a modest buffer on PSR then allowable losses over a 3 year period whether we have spent it this season or next is unlikely to be that significant. I suspect though, we don't have a robust strategy, are fearful we have other breaches to come and you could argue as we are not going up this season bar a miracle, what's the point in making more signings to just come a few places higher in midtable. It would hopefully increase squad worth and stave off fears of relegation should any points deduction we get put us closer to the bottom three and also if we do get a transfer embargo we have a couple of priority positions that we find difficult to improve.
  13. That does appear to be what we are doing. Pathetic if so 😂😂😂
  14. He is one of the main issues that contributes to our non-esistent press and why we are so low in the rankings for distance covered and sprints etc. Whilst one player alone might not move the overall dial much, you need a spearhead and he really isn't that. He does have some qualities though, he's probably the best option right now but it is no surprise we arrive in some games completely off it as teams can set the tempo against us and we crumble.
  15. Yeah that Hyeok was a menace against us, really impressed by him.
  16. Bruny Nsimba Contract up in the summer
  17. Given his horrific injury he had, it would be breathtaking if we did not demand that should he suffer injuries this season that he could go back in January.
  18. Very much like Finn Azaz when Villa made him available for just £2m, it's so obvious that you know we'd not be involved.
  19. What were QPR like in these metrics under Cifuentes compared to them now under Stephan?
  20. Deep down you know the answer. It hurts but we've fcuked it.
  21. I might be wrong, but I thought thats what got insinuated and why we went with Cifuentes who was willing to pay half his compensation fee. Quite frightening if so as Wilder hardly comes from a background of wealthy clubs.
  22. Stick Motsi and Hutchinson in. What's your thoughts on why Lorenz is still in the U18s despite being prolific? Surely there's no benefit to keeping him back from the exposure of U21s?
  23. Funnily enough there is such a candidate in League One who I may or may not have seen a screenshot of him being asked whether he'd be interested and he's said No as he allegedly wouldn't ever work with Rudkin 😂
  24. The comforting thing is, the decline will continue at pace and sooner rather than later they'll all be gone. I dont care if we never return to the upper echelons of English football either, I just want them all gone. They do not deserve to be here and moment longer and no revisionism should be offered over time of just how much they have ruined us.
