Quite telling how many goals their strikers are now scoring, granted they've bought Kone and Burrell for dirt cheap but others scoring goals both at QPR and other clubs that Cifuentes had whilst at his disposal there. He somehow manages to make his teams abysmal at the back and devoid of anything going forwards.

There's the nucleus of a good goalkeeper there but even though he has made a number of important saves, on another day 2 or 3 of those that are uneceaarily palmed back in to trouble get buried and we lose comfortably. Really needs to work on his ability to hold the ball when shots come in, might be easier said than done but it's his biggest weakness.

How would you go about the fanbase evoking the necessary change that is required here, or is it your belief that isnt within our gift to try and we should only ever offer support and encouragement and hope that in turn we get rewarded with the custodians of our football club to run it effectively and when they can't they make decisions with the best interests for our fanbase?

Fair enough, what would you suggest the fans do to encourage and build momentum for the significant change that we so badly need? Hoping that everything sorts itself out in due course without any fan involvement is unfortunately naive at best isn't it. I'm interested to hear fans view points on this, there's certainly more than one way of doing things so this is not a case of right or wrong but we are in a position where a good chunk of our fanbase are still finding it difficult to grasp the magnitude of what has happened here and how unacceptable that is.
