If you read this as a statement penned by Rudkin (+PR Staff) it makes more sense. This is equivalent to saying "I'm sorry you're upset". It's weak and so, in that sense, truly reflects the owner.

yeah there are some weird compression artifacts/frequency modulation going on.. and when there's not enough bandwidth it seems to modulate and change the pitch to a feminine register AKA Lady Voice.
