I reckon I'd make a brilliant Estate Agent. Most of the ones I've met recently are bang average.

I only take my lad half a dozen times a season as members but he always wants to stand in SK1 because of the singing. My honest view is that there's too much reliance on the 40 odd UFS boys to get anything going. If the drummer stopped drumming and the UFS boys stayed quiet, I do wonder who else would take up the mantle to get chants started. I think people have got a bit lazy and just 'assume' the UFS boys will start everything. I admire what UFS do but personally I find a lot of their chants to be the 'newer' ones and can get a bit repetitive. I guess we could go to L1 instead for more 'old school' chants but I struggle to find two tickets together on sale there sometimes. But I guess I'm also part of the problem though and there's nothing stopping me from starting a chant (apart from looking a twat when no one else joins in ) It's a weird one. Things never needed to be orchestrated back in pen 2 and 3 at Filbo, everything just happened organically. Maybe I'm over thinking it.

Still annoyed I missed that gig. Around that time we saw The Charlaton's, Cast, Shed Seven, Inspiral Carpets, Sleeper, and many others at the Charolotte or Demontford Uni but missed Oasis. One of life's regrets.

We do stuff like salmon, roast chicken, steaks, jacket spuds etc. in the air fryer (if that counts as proper food) Just find it quicker/cheaper than using the oven/hob and less washing up after. Tastes pretty much the same IMO.

Tbf to the ref, the only decent thing he did all game was leave Watkins on his arse crying in our goal for 5 minutes pretending to be injured. No surprise there was FA wrong with him and half the ground shouting "W@nker!, W@nker!" when he eventually got up and ran back was a brief highlight of the afternoon.

Thought it was decent in spells today in SK1 Wish we'd mix the song book up a bit though. Mostly seems to be 'newer' chants these days and they can get a bit repetitive IMHO But good to see the vast majority staying until FT to show appreciation for the players efforts. And for those streaming out on 82 minutes, you missed over 15 minutes of football.

He makes things happen and if we're going to score goals and stay up this season, we need players on the pitch who can make things happen.

The quickest he ran today was when he was subbed off. Never seen anyone sprint off like that after being subbed. Impressive.

When we went 0-2 down, all the players were waiting to kick off with their shoulders slumped and hands on hips. Winks was the only one who was clapping his hands and trying to gee everyone up. He might not wear the armband but he always comes across as our on field captain to me.

My kinda player. Old skool, like a tackle, and puts himself about. Problem is it's not the 1980's anymore and ref's blow up for any physical contact these days. Can see him getting loads of bookings/suspensions if he's a regular starter.
