  1. I can't wait to finally feel something watching us again. It's so weird to feel nothing when we lose. There is no jeopardy, only inevitability.
  2. It was worse. We didn't really get dicked under Holloway, we just couldn't score in a brothel.
  3. Wolves really should count themselves lucky that the bottom three are so bad.
  4. He was right about the squad needing a refresh and not being supported in the summer of 2022, the issue is he'd played a large part in why that was the case. That squad still had enough to do better than getting relegated but he had checked out and was wanting his payoff. It really bothers me that if he had resigned in 2022, everyone would have benefitted, including Rodgers, and we would look back at his time here far more fondly.
  5. I think Russell Martin would get us out of the championship, but I'd hate every second of him being our manager, and it'd ultimately be pointless because we wouldn't have a prayer of staying up under him.
  6. We had the perfect opportunity to be rid of him in the summer. He would have finished his career here in a way where he would have actually remembered him quite fondly too, despite him having terrible for most of his Leicester career.
  7. I can't say that he is outright, but he's certainly in contention for being our worst ever manager. We know the club's a shambles but he has undoubtedly made this worse.
  8. We're so bad that we're not even worth analysing. It's mad that it's gotten to that point.
  9. This guy is right up there with Slimani, Silva, Musa, Beckford and Akinbiyi for 'worst value for money' signings. In fact, we recouped what we paid for Musa so he probably doesn't deserve to be on that list.
  10. "We were in League 1 once". Yes, ONCE in our entire 141 year history. It is not the standard to hold ourselves to.
  11. Someone said to me on Friday "If the owners left, we'd end up like Reading". That may happen under this ownership!
  12. When you think that we'll be a relegated team with parachute payments, that could be attractive to someone. However, we may still have a points deduction and/or a transfer embargo. With that hanging over our head we're not an attractive proposition.
  13. In terms of the outcome of this season, changing the manager won't change anything. However, how can he possibly take us into the championship season after this and have any trust from anyone?
  14. I think we owe him an apology. I don't think he's a great manager but he was miles better than this and it seems that some of the vitriol towards him was over the top. However, I don't feel sorry for him. His stock has actually risen since.
  15. I had that on Friday. It didn't happen. Literally no one benefits from him staying.
  16. People say it's the hope that kills you, but having zero hope whatsoever isn't much fun either.
  17. Seriously, what do we lose by putting one or two academy players in the squad. We know this lot aren't good enough. May as well try something and at least we'll learn something from it.
  18. I keep seeing an advert on my YouTube videos for The Times/Sunday Times which opens with the statement 'The Perils of earning £100,000' and it goes onto to talk about the financial 'struggles' that people earning £100,000 plus may face. Cry me a ****ing river. I'd saw my own balls off to earn that much.
  19. You say that, but it becomes even more difficult to get promoted when parachute payments runout.
  20. It will be a travesty if they qualify for the Champions League. They're not as good as our 19/20 side under Rodgers.
  21. Luton are horrendous. How are they this bad? I'd be fuming if I was a Luton fan. Bottom of the league, losing a derby 2-0 and staring down the barrel of back-to-back relegations, yey their players are there laughing and joking.
  22. This is FoxesTalk. We don't do logic here.
  23. Despite us being a basket case, I'd still say we are currently a better proposition than Wednesday. Our squad in the championship will already be better than their's and he'd be more likely to get promoted with us. The issue isn't whether or not we would be a step up, it's whether he'd have better offers than us. I'm sure he was interested in taking the Southampton job when that was available. He'd obviously rather not have relegation. If it transpired that he'd come to us but in the summer, I'd 100% take that at this point.
  24. I wanted Moyes, but I said at the time that he would need to backed in January. We haven't done that with the manager that we have appointed,so ultimately it was pointless.
  25. I made this point when Robins was sacked. He did a great job at Coventry overall, but that team should have been nowhere near the bottom three.
