I had to google what an incel was, but I agree, someone mustāve been high fiving themselves after that effort

When did you first realise we don't have good owners?
Wolfox replied to Gamble92's topic in Leicester City Forum
The question is assumptiveā¦. And therefore a pretty poor question⦠Maybe it hasnāt occurred to me that we have ābad ownersāā¦. I can get behind the fact that we have owners who could have made better decisions⦠but hindsight is always 20/20 Itās always helpful for fans to have someone to blame though⦠Iām neither pro nor anti our ownersā¦. I just want whomever is in charge to learn and, hopefully, make better calls -

What a lovely storyā¦. Thoroughly enjoyed that Most clubs have Mavis the tea lady, but we had Bill the blind masseur !

Angle grinder then Iād sayā¦. Avoid chisels as youāll damage the patio !
-
Depends on the thickness of the jointsā¦. An angle grinder could be a little agricultural, but your only other option Ianās multi toolā¦. Thatās what I used for tile grout

Welcome ! The real ale classroom has a lot of hipster craft ale there, so Iām often limited to larger! The offie is terrific, but very toppy on price, The Cradock is great in the summer and the Everards beer and odd guest ale are generally well kept, if uninspiring⦠Theyāre capable of both āoff and offā as a semi regular drinker there⦠Iām ending up in the salmon more often

City of Leicester & Leicestershire - The Good and Historical Stuff
Wolfox replied to davieG's topic in General Chat
Iāve been to the opera house in Buxtonā¦. Imagine having something similar in our townā¦. Very sad -
As good chat a few pages back on this very topic⦠£1.5k - Ā£2k dependant on spec is the top line summary, but depends on sizeā¦. The bigger the footprint the cheaper the m2 cost
-
Itās a truthā¦. Ayew has better stats an inconvenient truth
-
Anything that needs underpinning, please run for this hillsā¦. Youāll have a dog of a time with insurance and it will wipe a massive chunk off the value of the propertyā¦. the irony being that a well underpinned building is probably a lot more secure than most of its neighbours
-
Yeahā¦. A veteran of 5 renovations hereā¦. Some of them pretty epic, including dealing with grade 2 in one place! Iām a sucker for a project! You strike me as a relatively sharp blokeā¦. Youāll work it out and thereās plenty of support on hereā¦. Itās sounds like a great place and maybe (?) even space for a pitch and put on your lawn !
-
Be clear on thatā¦. Everything else is doable donāt be disheartened thoughā¦. Just work out a fair dealā¦. A bit to them and a bit to youā¦. If youāve already got a chunk off then factor that in youāll get 50% of the footprint for 25% more money if you opt for a modern equivalent
-
Itās an expensive list, some factored in, and some not, into the asking price Iād guess? subsidence is a complete red flag tough
-
He wasnāt even getting the basics right last night, which is a concernā¦. Some of his passing was genuinely shocking⦠Still really like him though !

Joe Cole about to climax

For supermarkets? They always run on finer marginsā¦. Canāt compare it to manufacturing with ~20% etc. totally different businessā¦
