  1. Remember driving home after the infamous FOAD match. The RL team were beside themselves with excitement as they were reporting that Nigel had hit someone in the stand and was swearing in front of children. They just fell short of saying”We’ve got him now”. Nigel was great for City and didn’t suffer fools gladly.
  2. Would hate to sit near you. You would take all the joy out of winning, regardless how we played. Let’s get promoted first before we worry about next season. I don’t think any of us are under illusions that we’re going to cruise the PL, but we are entitled to try and enjoy going up and helping the team to do so. Perhaps you should give your ticket to someone who will support the lads for this important time. Up the City
  3. We should be focusing completely on supporting the team which is something we can affect. Right now, the consequences of the financial problems, are unknown. If you think it’s more important to wave banners, chant against the board and owners, perhaps you could slip in a bit of support for those on the pitch at the same time.
  4. Faes not to blame, Mads basically not aware of opposition player.
  5. He doesn’t seem to have a song?
  6. Totally unnecessary jibe at Vardy.
  7. Not sure that means he cares, just wanted to stick 2 fingers up to the fans.
  8. Some people don’t seem to be able to judge a player fairly if they decide they don’t them! KDH has had a very good season overall and has scored and made some important goals.
  9. A bit pathetic really from Faes
  10. A bit over sensitive here. As responses are spontaneous, this was a natural reaction to something the fans had been seeing up until Abdul had a pass. He was standing in space for ages and the ironic cheers were just that. This is not the first time this response has happened at any ground.
  11. We also sing “ In the good times and the bad, we always backed the lads”…..
  12. So you’re famous. Good for you.
  13. The confidence and belief of both fans and players is shot to pieces. We need each other and Monday’s match needs a mutual boost from us all. Although we should have been a couple of matches from promotion by now, we are not. It’s still in our hands. Lots of truthful comments have been made about the style of play and no apparent desire by the manager to change it just a bit. This is OUR team and we should want to make sure we leave nothing out there on Monday. For those of you who have decided that you can’t be arsed anymore, stay at home and keep your apathy to yourself. Why have Norwich suddenly become so unbeatable?
  14. Watford Leeds?
  15. Apart from probably not fully understanding the financial details of it all, how do you know they’re not absolutely livid? Not all fans post on FT. Doesn’t mean they don’t have an opinion.
  16. What makes you think the fans you have such distaste for, are not up for the fight?
  17. Not intended like that at all. We all have to stand because everyone else is because we all want to. There’s nobody shouting for anyone to sit down.
  18. So 68,000 home fans going mental looks more impressive than 6000 away fans. How could that happen?,! I don’t know where you sit at KP but we always have to stand when there’s a pen. I think you enjoy putting down our own fans are too quick to big up opposition fans.
  19. A couple of seasons ago, Chelsea were signing players on 8 year contracts. This apparently was so they could spread the cost over those 8 years. Whoever is in charge of overseeing the financial side of football, we’re supposed to be looking into this with a view to stopping this practice.
  20. Check your response to my earlier message where you made it personal.
  21. Having passion for your club doesn’t mean it’s only shown by being vocal. This is part of it of course, but making the effort to put yourself out financially, time wise, travel wise just to watch them play, is as far as I’m concerned, showing passion and commitment. I love LCFC and have done for the past 60 years. I don’t envisage this ever stopping. I would only put myself through these trials and tribulations for my immediate family. I see the King Power stadium and Filbert St. before that, as my spiritual homes. My passion for them is all consuming and I don’t acknowledge judgmental views from someone who thinks that being passionate means singing throughout the match. As it happens, I do support them vocally .
  22. There is no quarterback position in a football team,
