  1. I was also at this “friendly”. Loads of Rangers fans came over from Corby and spent most of the match chucking bottles around. Afterward in the chippy, a couple of them tried to nick my scarf but me and my mates hung on tight.
  2. I admit to being ignorant of the PSR regulations but notice amongst the various accusations of cheating aimed at us, one is for the 2013/14 Season. Can someone please explain to me what we did wrong for that season?
  3. Any other company/business, he would be sacked for proven incompetence and a financial liability. Just hope that the national embarrassment will be a push to getting rid of him.
  4. He’s always a car crash waiting to happen. Clumsy defender even though he tries hard..
  5. He retired when he was 36 which was a decent age to play till. Was a typically clever Scottish player of that era. Linked up brilliantly with Stringy.
  6. Is it true, that after an earful from Vardy after he left, that Dudkin had all evidence of Vardy removed?
  7. West Ham claimed 62,000 for the Forest game when the empty seats were pretty prolific. All clubs seem to do the same.
  8. Well perhaps TNT must have played some recorded chants of Come on Leicester in the background as that was what I heard.
  9. Some of the most enjoyable away days were in the 3rd Division.
  10. What, after he set up a goal and scored one? That’s the spirit!
  11. But there were some chants for the actual TEAM, you know, something like “ come on LEICESTER”. Shock!
  12. There were apparently 62,000+ at West Ham last night.
  13. I don’t boo my team.i criticise as I see fit but save booing for opposition
  14. I’m secure in the knowledge that Leicester City has always been, and always will be, my team. No matter how many times anyone on here, tries to belittle that support.
  15. You may have heard me as there weren’t many there….
  16. Only one City and that is Leicester City so why would you put Manchester?
  17. The only label I would give myself is a supporter of LCFC. Anything wrong with that? Sarcasm is usually the response from those who can’t accept that there are actually some City fans on this forum.
  18. The labelling of fans who choose not to boycott but instead opt to support the boys, as KPFC, is just another attempt at insulting fans who actually support the team. These are LCFC fans. But it suits some others to change the Happy Clapper label to KPFC as they like to put people down who don’t agree with their wishes.
  19. What are you babbling on about?
  20. I don’t have “circles”. My question was reasonable. It didn’t warrant such an obtuse response. If you check back to the many pieces on this subject generally, much of the advice is followed by, “ I stopped going blah blah…….. “.My own little circle of 1, would dearly love to see a big change at the top of my club. Until then, I will carry on supporting whoever wears the shirt on that pitch, but will gladly join in with vocal protests against the hierarchy.
  21. I would be interested to know how many of the match going fans, read this forum. It would appear that most of the ones advocating boycotting games, don’t go anyway. Those of us who go to the games do not need the approval of any other fan to do so. I would have thought that vocal disapproval of thousands of fans, would be more effective than a few hundred empty seats. If you really want fans to join in with protest chants, you have to stop indulging yourselves with the C word. But no, you insist on using it, then wonder why not many join in.
  22. Don’t see the logic . Chelsea have had many opportunities for protests over the years.
  23. On a similar note. Just watching The Adventures of Robin Hood on Talking Pictures and it triggered a memory. In the 60s and 70s, Forest used to run out the theme tune of Robin Hood. Unfortunately, one match which we attended, (we lived in Nottingham at the time and you could decide right up to kick off time if you fancied going, no membership required), someone put the flip side on and they ran out to The Ugly Duckling! Caused great hilarity.
