  1. Yes they are losing so often, it’s rather lost its effect. Probably hear it again on Sunday, unfortunately.
  2. We can but hope.
  3. Some kamikaze defending from Villa aside, that was a decent watch.
  4. Please don’t generalize, I certainly would n’t be happy with such a player playing for my team. However, since the player himself has not been convicted of any offence (yet) then your label does not stand.
  5. It is different, probably moves a bit too slowly for my liking, but I will stick with it.
  6. From your personal experience?
  7. I imagine it's a fascinating country, but not one I should wish to visit any time soon.
  8. The naivety of some people is astonishing. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c626p6pz7xlo
  9. Phil Lynott and Chris Richards
  10. Sterling would struggle in League 1 with that joke of a performance.
  11. The state of our bench! Wonder which of our five defenders will come on to replace the inevitable injury to Trossard or Sterling. 🤣
  12. Several sexual assault allegations made against him and even his mother called him ‘an abuser of women’, although she later apologised to him. So in other words a typical Trump appointee.
  13. A dereliction of duty by the club. Completely irresponsible.
  14. Just Golden boot winner Aubameyang.
  15. Draw was the fairer result. Michael Oliver looked quite unhappy with that VAR decision. 🤣
  16. It looks like Man City are going to have to concentrate on winning the FA cup this season.
  17. Fantastic effort by Exeter to take the game to penalties.
  18. I worked in London for 20 years, leaving the South East in 2007. The areas outside central London have alas always been pretty grimy. No doubt on that score it compares unfavourably to every big European, or non European city I have ever visited.
  19. So you think MPs deserve to earn twice as much as teachers, who by the way tend to work long days too? I would imagine a fair few of these MPs work as consultants and if you factor in their expenses it’s not a bad living. I would suppose Peter Bottomley might disagree though, as he found living on £82,000 quite ‘grim’ a few years ago.
  20. Biggest laugh I am likely to have today. Cheers for that.
  21. For me it's unwatchable for that very reason. Golf is more dynamic!
  22. At this rate, we will be relying on just Havertz and Sterling up front. Don’t think you that much to fear.
  23. Yes let's suck all of the joy out of football. Neville and Carragher can both sod off too, hypocrites the pair of them.
