Bumping this. Would be interested to hear how people are fairing 3 years on? @Blarmyand others? We've discovered these charges by accident when looking at buying a 'new build' (actually 10 years old) freehold. No reference at all in the estate agent advert to estate management fees and no doubt wouldn't have cropped up at all until we'd paid out solicitor fees etc. Apparently the current owners were charged £140 this last year (first time they've needed to pay) but from what I've seen, there is absolutely nothing to stop these companies charging £1000 for example and saying tough sh*t, it's in your deeds, pay up or we take the house.

We're obviously doing something right if another team wants our manager. As someone else pointed out, how many managers have we had poached in the last 20-30 years? 3 or 4? If he doesn't get the gig this time but still wants to move, he's going to have to play a blinder with us next season. Are Chelsea et al going to be coming for him in May 2025 if we've finished bottom (presuming he hasn't already been sacked).

Unpopular opinion... have we really been any worse these last few games? Early on in the season we had teams turn up at the KP and miss 3 or 4 chances. In the last couple of matches we've seen Leeds and QPR be absolutely clinical (or lucky).

This speaks for itself. Absolute mess.

Refs can't sort out yellow and red cards. Not sure how bringing a third into the mix will help. Also, someone will need to stitch a new pocket into all their uniforms.

Hello. On Android. When opening a topic, is there a way to go straight to the newest post rather than just the last page and having to scroll all the way down to the bottom? I know the 'jump to the top' button appears but us there an equivalent for the bottom? Ta
