  1. My gas and electric is now over £7.50/day and that's before we're hitting winter months
  2. I loved how Nacho had to clap for a good 20 seconds before the ref realised
  3. Shame Dewsbury-Hall's touch was shocking... break was on

  5. undroppable at present
  6. the ground is a cesspit. "JUST GET RID OF IT" "HIT IT LONG" "GET IT OUT" Goalkeeper/defender duly obliges... "WHO'S THAT TO!?" "KEEP THE BALL!" "WHAT A WASTE!"
  7. this stream is working for me https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Yb6dZ1IFlKc
  8. christ
  9. skip to 34 mins to see the celebration. Regardless of what's go on in the past, that's not the reaction of someone who doesn't care.
  10. yep. Read the first sentence and gave up.
  11. 11 mins stoppage time. Spurs score within that stoppage time. Ref blows up on 11:03. I don't get it? Are we already at the stage where refs are giving up playing the extra time? Either play the proper time or just don't bother. Still making it up as they go along.
  12. Thing is, almost every time Stolarczyk lumped it forward we turned over possession and Huddersfield came back at us. Of course we'll concede a couple of poor goals by losing the ball in defence, but the theory is that we'll score a lot more by playing it out the back.
  13. think he's injured?
  14. not complaining as more stoppage time = more minutes per £! regardless, that was probably the most free flowing game I can remember in ages. don't think the physio came once during the game? as others have said - if that was worth 9 minutes, we could easily be looking at 20 minutes in other games.
  15. Rudkin posted the contract out using a standard 2nd class stamp. Size and weight limits exceeded so it's stuck in a sorting office.
  16. I thought about that, but I'd find myself sh*tting myself each time a rate change was announced.
  17. Our 2 year fixed ends in December so managed to secure another 2 year fixed with Halifax at 5.89%. Our current deal is at 0.99% so a pretty hefty increase but at £260 more it's still just about affordable. don't know how any new buyers coming off their first rate with a 30 year mortgage are going to cope. With the benefit of hindsight, taking out a 10 year fixed at something around 2.5% 2 years ago would have been the smart thing to do, but I suppose at the time, we'd had a period of long rates and I could have been kicking myself if we'd had another 5 years of it being rock-bottom.

Looking forward to remortgaging in the next couple of months. Up from 1.49% to 6.5% and the equivalent of an extra £300 a month. Nicely coinciding with the end of my energy deal.
  19. who have we go... oh
  20. Would much rather Maresca than any of other names mentioned (bar Potter, but that's not happening). It would feel much more a reset than the likes of Parker, Smith etc and hopefully give the place a lift.
  21. I don't get why people keep posting this picture. The goal counted for nothing in the end. I barely got out my seat when Faes got the second.
  22. It wasn't a red. Come off it.
