  1. Yes I paid and yes I'm fuming Only going because I want to see Ranieri one last time And clearly my 30+ years as a paying fan does not entitle me to a refund No I did not attend every game this season. Why? Because its been a trial to come at all since Xmas Heartbreaking to watch this team throw it all away without a fight
  2. No. No. No!!!! I've cancelled my Season Ticket !! If Vardy comes back for a swansong I would crawl over hot coals to get my ST back And I'm not joking, I love the man
  3. On 24th April I received an email confirming that my Season Ticket had been cancelled as per my request Today I received not one but two emails thanking me for renewing my Season Ticket and for my continued support They also advised the direct debits would commence as detailed below - except that bit was blank Has anyone else who has cancelled received this? Pi** up in a brewery comes to mind
  4. Wow Didn't think we could sink any lower Will the charities get anything at all from this sh**show?
  5. Well I'm now £132 lighter as I've ordered both framed versions direct. 10% discount and further multi purchase discount applied. Had to chat online to Leigh at TBF , re small problem on order and it turned out he/she designed the Vardy one themself. Thanks to FoxesTez for the info re the Vardy one and everyone for your help
  6. This one? Love it !! I'm tempted to buy them both, direct from TBF in an attempt to keep any more of my hard earned money out of KP coffers Has anyone purchased either of them and can give an opinion as to quality I'm a tad concerned the look abit dark Thanks everyone
  7. I've refused to buy any tat out of the shop for ages but..... I really like this poster and would love it but £50 quid for an unframed poster, (despite the misleading name) is surely taking the michael Anyone know if I can source this elsewhere at a more reasonable price?
  8. I'm only going because Ranieri is going to be there. 🥰
  9. If I may, I'd like to put a different point of view Apparently a reasonably significant number of Season Ticket holders have not renewed, including myself For the first time since well before we won the Premier League, this will give many new fans the chance to get a ST or match tickets and attend the home games. I'm thinking particularly of the kids. I first came when I was 12 and was quickly smitten and being a diehard fan all these years has given me so much, good and bad. This 'refreshing' of the fan base can only be a good thing in my opinion, I've nothing against the older fans, I'm one myself Lets hope the football will be entertaining enough to keep their interest
  10. I used to sit in SK1 in what is now the singing section and moved a few rows away as I did not want to stand up for 90 minutes I, stupidly as its turned out, thought I'd still be sitting amoungst fans with a similar mindset to my own, this is still called the Kop after all. But as this season has drawn to a close, its become apparant that most of these fans around me are seemingly oblivious to the damage that has been, and will continue to be done to the club by Top and the board Weirdly I think towards the end of the season when it became increasingly clear that relegation was likely, this blind allegiance to KP, Top et al has annoyed me as much as having to watch the crap football The abuse directed at UFS at the Hull game and the applause for Harry Winks says it all They've all renewed their Season Tickets. I haven't. I'll still support but I'm hoping listening on the radio or watching on TV won't be so soul destroying as watching live feeling like I'm the only one who can see whats really happening
  11. Also he has Mavididi in front of him. Mav came back just the once, that I saw, to help defend last night. Thats once more than usual Luke bombs forward alot but rarely gets any support to cover And the critisism of his long throws is unfair. We have no-one who can win the ball in the air, other than Vesty. Even Lascelles isn't brilliant. Most of Lewis's throws go straight to the other side, because we don't even try to win it in the air.
  12. Well I've done it Sent an email this morning cancelling my renewed Season Ticket I've been coming to matches since I was 12 and I'm now 70 (apart from a few years in the wilderness, when I was married to a Rugby fanatic, until I kicked him into touch) Its not because we are relegated but because I can't bear to watch anymore If I remember correctly when we were relegated to League 1 before, at least the team went down fighting Apart from the second half last night, especially the last 10 minutes plus stoppage time, this team swanned around in matches like they were glorified training sessions, especially you Mr Ayew. (Who should NEVER have been given the no 9 shirt immediately after Vardys departure) No fight No agression Lack of fitness Set pieces that looked like they never trained for them Luke Thomas, who for all his faults as a defender, has the ability to take a long throw. Do we capitalise on this? No The team have an inability or desire to win the ball in the air anywhere in the pitch We didn't even really challange for the ball most times So his throws usually end up being won by the opposition I could go on, and on and on The decline has been happening since Rogers threw his toys out the pram Season after season of mismanagement, at boardroom level and team level Well I'm done. I never missed a home game for years other than illness. Would come back from holidays on Friday night so I could go to the game Saturday. Missed weddings, many family occasions so that I got to go to games. But now its a real struggle to find the desire to go to a match at all. So there you go, Top, Rudkin et al. Between you and the shockingly unprofessional attitude of the majority of the players, you've killed all my love for this club. I just can't do it any more. Surprisingly when I sent the email this morning I thought it would be a momentous moment. That I would feel something. Regret, dispair, anger, frustration or even relief But I felt nothing NOTHING!
  13. I emailed the club on Saturday to ask when was the last day I could advise the club that I wished to cancel the renewal of my ST. (I pay by DD so it had autorenewed). His response is as follows: Thank you for your email. You have until 29 April to decide whether you want to cancel your season ticket or carry on.
  14. Can't claim the credit for this Radio Leicester played it the other day when talking about the City ! Great song
  15. Can anyone recommend a good conveyancing solicitor in Leicester please? My house was not on the market, but I was planning to sell later in the year. The builder who renovated the house next door has approached me with an offer to buy mine, (he was aware I was planning to sell at some point). We have agreed a price I'm happy with and so I'm hoping that we can proceed without an Estate Agent and associated costs, but I need a good solicitor who will be prepared to proceed without the EA. Has anyone got a recommendation? Has anyone sold without an EA and got any advice got me? Thanks.
  16. To Kylie's XMAS (the chorus bit) O S J J B C D R LCFC O S J J B C D R They're the DBs
  17. How about: Julian, Julian Carranza It is time for you to confess You are, useless as a striker Only scoring goals in the MLS Whoa oh Thank God its just a loan Whoa oh We'll buy your ticket home Whoa oh Get Vardy on the phone Whoa oh, Whoa oh , Whoa oh Apologies, but I'm bitter
  18. If Pearson was brought in as Manager (not likely given his health issues) or DOF (with Rudkin stepping aside) it would be a stroke of genius by Top, as it would be the ONLY thing that would instantly unite the fans and bring them back to support the club. Unfortunately, given Pearson's health its very unlikely, but we can dream can't we?
  19. I've stayed away from more home games this season than I have in the previous 10+ seasons put together. I am not at the stage that seemingly many of those around me in SK1 are, who seem to have be able to accept the disastrous state of the club, the pathetic perfirmances and inevitable relegation. I still feel anger, angst and frustration at what I see and come away from the ground in a black mood that stays with me for far too long. So I have chosen not to go several times as its more than I can bear. However, I intend to go to the remaining home games as I expect it will be the last chance to see Jamie Vardy in a city shirt. There is only one person in the whole of that pox ridden club that deserves my support, and its him. I will go watch our greatest ever player in what are probably his remaining games for us and sob like a baby if our last home game is also his last game at the KP. I will go for our GOAT. This club does not deserve my loyalty. But he does
  20. If this is true it proves there is a God. And his name is Vardy
  21. Why has the club stopped allowing those seated near the bottom of the stands to exit at ground level? You can only do this now if you are considered by the stewards to be less mobile in some way, when they will deem to open the gate. Previously this was a quick and safe exit via the tunnels under the stands (no crowded staircases with people impatient to get out). Now if you are seated near the front it can take 15/20 minutes to get out, as you are at the end of the queue for the stairs. There are plenty of stewards around to ensure no one strays on to the pitch (when was the last time that happened?) So I can't see.why they have made this change other than to piss off the fans by slowing down their exit. I know this is probably not the main reason people leave early, but it is the reason the couple next to me always nip out a few minutes before the final whistle. They can't be the only ones.
