I stopped watching MOTD because it was boring. There's only so many times you can listen to Alan Shearer say "he did magnificent" before you lose interest.

I haven't watched MOTD in several years, and I suspect I'm not alone. It has been rendered almost completely obsolete by YouTube highlights. The evidence can be seen by the steady decline in viewing figures to approximately 3m - which is about on par with Gogglebox and Alan Carr's Picture Quiz.

Just like Cooperball - sat too deep and went too defensive with a lead. The result was better than the performance, but the most important thing was getting the 3 points.

Scoring 2 goals in one game might be too much to ask, so hopefully see this out with a clean sheet.

Anyone ITK know who Bowen and Kaczmar are? I'm assuming they're academy graduates?

Obviously never going to beat the Arsenal game for 3-3, but this deserves honourable mention.

It's all about who is the better option in the immediate future though. And although Coady is younger by about 6 months, it appears (to me anyway) that he is the player in decline.

Unsurprisingly quite a few changes. Guessing Rantala is injured.

It's easy to believe when you're winning (in a league where you are so much better than 95% of the other teams in it). Maybe Vardy calling a players-only meeting when we wobbled during the run-in was an indication that the players were losing that belief.

The point still stands. MON got off to an horrific start. The results were poor. The football was dire. The fans weren't having him (Sheff U at home). The players weren't having him (he had a huge bust-up with Garry Parker after the Ipswich home game). But eventually he turned it around. Now maybe Cooper won't turn it around. But MON showed that it is possible. Cooper wouldn't have been my choice as manager. Yes, performances have been poor and his tactics and game management are a concern. But I think he deserves more than 7 league games before being written off, especially considering we aren't even in the relegation zone.

We won the xG battle 0.86-0.65 and that's the most important thing, right?
