Apologies if this is the wrong thread, but found this an interesting decision. Surely banning them will just have further and larger demonstrations brought in?

On top of that, "watch alongs" Why would I want to watch a person with probably the same knowledge as me watch something I either can't watch or where I'm either in front or behind of the stream

Last season was a brilliant opportunity; sadly for them they sold their 2 star players and haven't invested wisely as of yet. I still don't think Ellis Simms was a good buy for the money either.

Really a disappointing listen. Considering all of the off field troubles he had; the podcast touched on absolutely none of them. Just his fallings out with club officials. I don't understand what people are meant to "learn" from these?

The amount of times he's used phrases such as "you what", "this isn't what I want" or "I need to leave". It seems tough to believe he was always the hard done by person, having not done anything wrong, professionally at least.

That was one of the weirdest aspects of the interview. Confirms he was basically wanting out from the February, then acting like an absolute **** to get out. Doesn't make himself appear well does he? Club that propelled his career and he's talking about 'needed to get out' 'had to get out'

Why do you feel attacked or patronised? It was merely a point made that some people may feel they'd rather not give their ST up, with how long it would take to get one back, despite maybe falling out of love with what football has become. There was no suggestion of anyone being a better fan in that post?

That's the issue. Clearly a system player, excels in this style in these conditions. Another question if he can do the same in Prem.

Commercialised to hell in the upper leagues, and TV companies then spreading games out across every day of the week. Whilst I don't object to having games to watch, it's almost become background TV majority of the time, it's not an occasion as much? Sky are always selling a "super Sunday" or some crap derby no one cares about. It's become too available and, as you say, has taken the real edge off at times

I wonder if the pure difficulty in getting tickets is a reason. Many fans with season tickets know if they don't renew, their chances of getting another one is possibly 3/4/5 years down the line. Or getting to games becomes harder etc. So many who have fallen out of love with the game, but don't wish to give you their ticket, are still attending or selling to one off goers

They will have played a part; but what I've heard his behaviour at work was a bigger factor.

Guess it's ones of them where in rugby they are a big ticket, one of the biggest in the country. But fan pull and associated monetary value just isn't in rugby
