Just been Linked to Madrid for 50million... Would happily take that in all honesty, maybe with a player on loan. But getting him abroad means we don't play him again!

Think they're badly advised more than anything else.

Who should be the next Leicester City manager?
UniFox21 replied to Sharpe's Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
He took the steps forward for us, the club we were 4 years ago. We're a different internal club now, going back to Pearson isn't the direction we need -

It majorly makes you question whether Dragovic has poor off field attitude or something -

Same concern with every manager coming into a team; they need time to set staff, players up to how they want things to be. There's no guarantee if he came to us he'd be a success, he has everything set to how he wants things at Burnley, how long would that take to set up in a new side? Whoever comes in will have the same issue, it's why i think we should keep Puel.

Has Alli ever passed to Vardy? We have an answer...
UniFox21 replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
I've said before, I can't stand the guy. His rise to fame has destroyed persona and now he's a cocky prat who thinks he's the best. The guy has talent, but once again he's apparently useless for England, and i genuinely hope Southgate has the bollocks to drop him and bring him down a level. -

Doesn't surprise me at all. Just have to watch the games to see we very rarely pass to Vardy; the Netherlands game is an example, ~30 minutes of nothing -

If they lose Dyche forces a pint of gravy down each of them, they fight to avoid that -

In. This is the third time we've hit the same wall about form and things not going to plan; at what point do we point the finger at the players and not solely the coach. The guy needs time to implement what he wants them to do and how to play; for the first 30 last night we had glimpses of being brilliant. Chopping and changing continuously doesn't work in the majority of times. In the cases it has (Chelsea) its taken them billions to get there and they hit the same issue we do every few years. -
It's incredibly frustrating; a side fighting for their lives came and just sat there, rarely did they venture forward or push at us. They had more of a go at Arsenal than us fgs.

Stringer asking the most stupid questions as usual

Wilf took a little while to hit the ground running; but it didn't help silva lost ability to play for 6 months which'll have impacted probably just as much as being injured; maybe more. You can see his class which will only get better as he learns how to play with the team. side note; if the spin to set up vardy for a chance against Burnley had paid off think I'd have about fainted

Claude Puel lays out his vision for Leicester City
UniFox21 replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
Honestly, i think we need a bit of that stubborn persona to compete with the so called player power. Your boss isn't always your friend, he's there to get the best out of you; and his record shows he can until relationships deteriorate too far. What will be key to see is who goes in the summer, a reshuffle of the dressing room could do us some good. It will be interesting to see how he deals with the egos and strained relationships and if he's altered his style at all -
The guys a dozen games or so into a move to a new country and culture. He's going to take time to settle, we can't write the guy off before he's got started. There are flashes of his class which will only improve as he finds his feet

Claude Puel lays out his vision for Leicester City

And all that still doesn't show progression. Games take far more into account than how a teams playing; there are too many variables. Our 90 minute window simply doesn't give a huge reflection on progression -

We see 90 minutes a week and thats our indicator of how we're progressing. We see none of the behind the scenes action. Changing our style was always going to make us worse in the short term for long term gain and progress. -
Isn't there alterations to next season, so that each team gets a week off over xmas?

Absolutely brilliant to read. Finally, a manager connecting the academy to the first team and having chance of progression. Becomes more and more clear why the owners chose him; development of the training ground and with investment in youth set up, then letting him connect the dots up
