  1. See players like this we should be buying and loaning to Leuven
  2. Nearly had me 🤣🤣
  3. He’s got a contract here for another 2 and a half seasons… probably with a years extension option? Dare I say it, “he’d be like a new signing” if we can get him to continue this form. We know he can score goals, his problem has always been hold up and link up play, seems to have improved massively. he excites me when he’s like this, has passion for the club clearly and doesn’t seem like a bad egg. We’ll come back to this in next ten games and see what he returns. He’s always looked better with another striker next to him which is sort of a problem but maybe can prove us wrong next few games.
  4. id love to see him play just behind the striker at some point
  5. what goes unnoticed is his workrate, he's always tracking back. I don't think we can do much better than him tbh
  6. if he's half as good as mahrez we've done well!
  7. He jumps like a salmon doesn’t he. What an athletic man
  8. Looks very raw to me but to be expected. Would be nice cover until he gets up to speed.
  9. No need to be blowing kisses xxx
  10. I rate him in this new position, I’d start him over Ricardo in current form.
  11. I’d take Barkley if Luton go down. He’d suit this system
  12. We really should’ve gone for Jobe Bellingham. Hopefully he’s got a low release clause or something
  13. Reminds me so much of Lookman, who I liked when played on the left. As others have said he’s got a bit he can improve on but honestly think he’s the best we can expect in that position
  14. He’s so important. He needs a new contract for sure, but I’d get rid of Kel which may make him not want to stay but who knows.
  15. Finally the Right Winger curse is over, life time contract now
  16. Vesty is much betterand Faes for that matter. He’s a great option on the bench and for cover though
  17. Hmmm I wonder if we’re about to hear Doyle’s injury is worse than thought?
  18. I don't agree but I don't think he's a bad player
  19. If we’re keeping the same manager and system, players I’d keep who would start for us and positions I think need filling: Mads New CB Vestergaard Doyle New IF New CM New CM Fatawu KDH Mavididi New Striker Doyle is debatable, think he’s just about okay but lacks pace and id ideally want two pacy centrebacks next to Vestergaard who I feel with his current level of confidence and ball playing ability will be hard to improve on realistically. don’t rate the midfield in terms of physicality and think we’ll be dominated by teams without a much need injection of height, but they do need the technical ability to go along side it. Ricardo I feel hasn’t really been too impressive in his new position, think he’d look far better as a normal full back. Ndidi will be gone, and winks is okay but we could improve. the attackers are only gonna improve, I think they struggle without a focal point, we need someone either as a number 10 who can hold the ball up, and pick out a pass someone in a mould of Jude Bellingham or a striker who can do the same and get on the end of crosses (similar to Kane) I’m not sure what players would suit this really but I think they’re all positions I’d look to address. Realistically probably Ricardo and winks will be part of our midfield next season but I’d like some physicality and a player who can drive the ball forward. Like a Yaya toure.
  20. I’d play our strongest midfield (ndidi, winks, Kdh) and hamza as the inverted fullback as his energy is massively needed, don’t think our midfield has looked dominate for a while.
  21. Think he’s best at the moment playing as close as possible to the striker. But doesn’t look like his link up play is anywhere near good enough yet. I do see potential but needs to work on the basics
  22. Honestly if football is about being sustainable then how are these clubs getting away with it? The chain of events has almost certainly led us to relegation. Yes we can say we haven’t made the right decisions but not equal to the shit show that is FFP. We’ve been cash strapped for the last two seasons in the prem when if we had actually been in the champions league could’ve meant we’d actually had some money to spend. i’m not sure if we can sue either Everton or Man City but both should be relegated, Man City I’d argue need to be sent to league two to set a precedent. Part of me wonders if the prem is worried about the Saudi league and that’s why they haven’t harshly punished Man City
  23. I'm not one to see a club suffer but honestly we better get our money.
  24. I’d defo looked to sell preat and bring an 8 on an option to buy loan with a view to them being suitable for us potentially in the prem
