hi, I'll try simplify this the best I can we sold flooring to a customer and recommended a fitter who we'd recommend to all, we however don't recommend him anymore. the flooring after 3 years begins to have faults. again we (the shop) didn't fit it but the recommended fitter we have recommended for many jobs. We priced the work but he ultimately got paid separately and we're not sure if he was paid by cash/card etc or how much (he carried out jobs like fitting the skirting which isn't something we priced). what I want to work out is through the eyes of the law are we responsible for the work of himself or would it be seen as himself? (again he isnt employed by our company). we have rang and emails citizens advice etc and it seems to key element of this is he's been paid directly by the customer, we think in cash; which means we aren't liable, is this correct? I can't find anything about this scenario on the internet.

It seems to be a matter of it just needing to click for him. Or it doesn’t and he’ll never realise his potential

just a thought. I could be hugely wrong but wonder if its actually say 5 years with a club sided option for 4 addition years? would offer the club protection

might be new training ground related or not but should bring a few better generations of players as a whole going forward rather than just one or two who make it.

as a whole I think this is our most promising group of players as a whole, difficult to say if they'll reach the values of a Barnes, Chilwell or KDH but the loan moves are really positive and truly believe all of them bar Young have a future here.

We don’t seem to ever sign players on frees when market closes. Or can we not I don’t really know the rules anymore

There is always someone that wants a player. Rudkin has got us believing it’s not easy to sell players but everyone can do it whilst we let them rot here

I'm really hopeful these lads can have solid seasons out on loan, which hopefully sets them up to be involved with us next season no matter the division we find ourselves in.

fingers crossed he's learnt enough about his squad after these 4 games. Ricky and Mavididi must start. El Khannous or Good night must start. Vardy maybe could do with coming off the bench next game and we should try Ayew or Edouard upfront. Okoli and Fees for the foreseeable.

hes not my type of fullback. his energy looks good if he has a half decent game, but otherwise can look like a headless chicken. you may like him I just don't.

I wish we'd sold VK and JJ, some new fullbacks would've added some energy to this side. we know what we get with these two and for the most part I don't think it's enough. oh and obviously RP should start.

He looks the part, no nerves and sensible in possession whilst not being phased to take a player on and try make something happen. Really he should be second in line to the no.10 position but there’s two lads in front of him so definitely needs a good loan
