Just watched a Leeds podcast, recorded just before their game v Sunderland. They were confidently predicting that Leeds would finish as champions, with one of the them predicting a 'Maresca collapse' to 5th position. Are all Leeds fans this delusional?

A Leeds win is NOT preferable, regardless of probable gap to 3rd. The longer term effect of a Leeds win v Ipswich could be more damaging down the line

But possibly only 13 ahead of Southampton in 3rd. Still a great position though!

Some people do have short memories. I remember clearly that he was a very strong contender for our player of the season before his major injury, and this was in the Premier League.

Yep I was on that train. My abiding memory of the escort from New Cross Gate to the stadium is hoards of Millwall fans standing outside pubs being held back by cordons of police who had to link arms with each other to prevent the Millwall fans from breaking through!

Not so long ago everyone was predicting a massive win v QPR. Took a late late Winks worldy to beat them!

That was his best performance for us this season. Hopefully even better ones to come.

Can't understand people wanting Leeds to pick up a point here. Gap to 3rd is by far the most important thing. However, even if Leeds lose, we now have Southampton who will probably maintain the current gap this weekend, assuming we beat Rotherham.

Difficult to compare scoring-goals to win points, and preventing-goals to win points, but how many potential goals from potential attacks did he disrupt or stop completely? For each Vardy or Mahrez winner, the opposition may have potentially scored 2 or 3 goals that Kante ended up preventing. Kante imo had a massive effect on our potential points swing over the course of the season.

That was the attendance at 60 minutes, the drop off had already begun..
