Yeah hence why I’d like to see Alves on loan somewhere. I don’t trust who our club thinks is highly rated. We didn’t rate Calvin Bassey too highly and he turned out not to be too bad of a player. Starts for Fulham would take him over our CBs Eitherway usually when an acedemy player is good enough for us to make a real difference like Chilwell, KDH or Barnes they force their way in.

I remember when Tavares was highly rated here and he ended up being a bench player for a mid table Portuguese league team. Want to see him go out on loan.

Our midfield was brilliant. The rest of them were shit. Coady has terrible positioning played Haaland onside for his goal. Our attack couldn’t put the ball into the net. Vardy had his worst game in a while. Want to see Okoli play ahead of Coady and a new RB.

Starting Ward imo is his biggest mistake so far. I don't really see what else he can reasonably do about our current results bar that. He's been reasonable and realised our CBs are too slow so plays a counter attacking system so they don't get murdered by fast players on the half way line. Issue is currently that Justin can't cut it at this level anymore (and probably our CBs too but Justin seems especially bad) and we have far too many injuries. I reckon an 11 of: Mads, New RB/Pereira, Vestergaard, New CB, Kristiansen, Ndidi, Soumare/Winks, Khanous, Fatawau, Mavididi, Vardy. Gets lower mid table with decent management. Our depth outside of that 11 is horrific though.

Liverpool as of now are the best team in the world and we’re missing 5 starting players. Calm down. I’m by no means a happy clapper but losing 3-1 at Anfield isn’t exactly a cause for concern.

New RB is what we need. Would rather have a new RB if it meant not having any other new incomings Justin cannot crack it at this level anymore.

Great defending and great effort shown. Justin however has been one of our weakest outfield players all season. A new RB is a priority in the winter.

This A lot of them are just glorified PE teachers.

The big European nations in general are declining a lot of the youngsters with the best talent are coming from South America and Africa these days which makes sense if you look at birth rates they just have more youngsters in the first place it’s just a numbers game at this point. It’s the first time in my life where I’m seeing players pushing 40 being played by teams like France and Portugal.

This is actually pretty well studied it’s called the horn effect.

Even if De Zerbi gets the job the club need to wake up and consistently update their shortlist because this shows he’s wiling to jump ship to the top 6 when they come calling.
