I guess the worry is that if things continue the way they're currently going, it could well and up being the worst. I suppose the fall from grace is what makes this one so painful. We need a complete squad refresh so I'd rather do it with money than without. But maybe staying in the EFL will slightly increase the chances of some youth teamers getting a chance. I suppose the silver lining here is that we know we're not going up so there's no time wasted thinking about it.

Im not totally convinced he'll be as good as some predict. Obviously very early days and he's supremely talented, but does he have the raw pace a winger needs in the modern game? Kasper was a complete exception to the rule when it comes to lcfc goalkeepers. We've had literally dozens of shit keepers this century. Our recruitment and coaching in this area has been woeful.

He's an error prone goalkeeper. Like it or not. Not out no.1 problem but don't see us getting promoted with him in sticks.

The injury was exactly 2 mins stoppage. 3 sub breaks. Should've been 4 mins. How we ended up playing 8 was utterly bizarre. Thought the ref was mostly ok otherwise.
