There's a lack of creativity in getting the ball to a striker at the moment. A lot of our better attacks have come from Daka or Iheanacho making the creative pass into the box rather than being on the right end of it. The team is not complete. We're 3 players short, and that's precisely the 3 players that will be expected to set up the strikers. Left winger is due in tomorrow, and the right winger and second number 8 will be the current priority.

I really feel like Iheanacho and Daka have indicated that they want to stay, and that's why all links with strikers have gone dead with Leeds and Southampton in the conversation to sign Piroe. We do not need a striker if no one leaves, we currently have three of the best strikers in the league, whether people on here want to believe that or not.

In the Championship that will be the scenario for almost every game in the season. Against Liverpool, that was never going to happen so it falls apart. But in a friendly against them, we still want to stick to the formation because we need to practice it.
