I love KDH, but those saying that Championship is his level is absolutely spot on right now. It's not being mean about him, it's a fact, he is just shy of his potential at this moment in time. He needs this year being a starter in the Championship, it's the best thing for him to help him develop into a proper PL level player. Next season, no matter what happens with us, I'd imagine he'll be playing in the Premier League.

Ironically, at this level and with his particular skillset, I think Perez would have been brilliant in this setup.

Maresca's English is not the best. You can't take his words literally. Ndidi is playing in an attacking role, that right 8, but if you watch him play, he's using his defensive instincts to win the ball back fast when attacks break down. He's still in that high up position running into the box so he's had to adapt his game of course, but again, 2 goals in 7 games is a good return for an 8 who's not used to being in on goal. Are we forgetting to postage stamp he hit last week? Casadei will play the role completely different, as he's a different type of player. They will perform 2 different roles while playing the same position.
