Might be a bit niche, but here's to announce your first 9 games of the season. (apologies for Harry Potter 1st up)

The 8pm games maybe good for TV but it's the worst for attending the games. The 11pm finish puts a lot of stress on trying to get away from the stadiums and back to hotels. Cologne and Stuttgart was terrible.

Yeah, I know, 👍 It's not just about walks to the stadiums and partying. I'm guessing that is what is being relayed at home. Roll on the League Cup group stages in a few weeks and I'll take up my residence on the Scottish football thread 👍 😁

Just relaying what I've been told by various English fans over here and seeing it 1st hand. As you say, differant nations do things differently.

Just not enough quality in the side. Too many important players injured or off form at the wrong time. Having a look back at the thread this morning.....some people clearly don't understand football outside of the English bubble created by the EPL, but that's a conversation for another day. From a fan point of view, it's been a cracking 2 weeks and I've experienced a tournament like no other. Drank too much, eaten touch etc. I feel sorry for the English fans when they travel, they just don't have the same experience like other countries do.

I've never heard a sound or atmosphere better than tonight. I'm not sure if the stadium acoustics helped, but boy was it loud. A beer and Bratwurst in the stand, and a point. Happy days 👍

I think the 200k is across Germany because Dusseldorf is heaving with fans tonight and the game is in Munich tomorrow. Plenty of English fans here too, it's a decent vibe around the Alstadt.

Wetherspoons Terminal 5 at the moment is absolutely heaving with fans heading on any flight available to Germany and the surrounding area.

I think Clarke will stick with Adams. He offers a bit more outside the box and links the play better. I was impressed by Tommy Conway and Lewis Morgans cameos.

He's a decent bloke. He was a guest on Off the Ball a few years ago and came across really well. It's the equivalent of Sunak or Starmer on Talksport....... Unfortunately, there will be a big backlash on the SNP this time and they will lose seats to the other parties.

I agree about Southgate ( I really hope Man U go for him 😁) , but the quality on the pitch will shine through as the tournament progresses. I'll duck out of the thread now because my attention was on Hampden. These friendlies mean nothing, its all about getting ready for next week.

It's just a friendly and the players want to get to Germany. These games are for making sure the fitness ticks over.

I never noticed this group before. 3 difficult games for all the countries, Austria might shock the French or Netherlands.

I think we need need to get something out of Germany 1st up. Unfortunately, they seem to have found a bit of form and we have injuries galore. I'm watching the Germany game in Dusseldorf, awaiting a ticket from livetickets.com for the Swiss game and I might have a Hungary one but won't find out until the day of the game Irrespective of the results, 2 weeks in Germany should be a blast. 😁

Really enjoying Trying on Apple TV. Just finished series 2 out of 4. The 2 main characters, Rafe Spall and Ester Smith are brilliant together.

Clement now has a worse win % as Beale. I don't think he has a massive war chest in the summer and no one in the squad that would command a big transfer fee. It will be interesting to see how much Rogers gets to spend because this team is no where near ready for the champions league.

Terrible game. Celtics midfield have had so many chances to take the ball on the turn and go at the Rangers defence. Instead they pass it back. Hatate has been the worst culprit.
