Money has destroyed football as some predicted many years ago. As a group, our players are as guilty as most. There is no longer any incentive to perform on the pitch. Every one of them know that win, lose or draw there will be no punishment for failing to do their job properly. No warnings, written warnings, suspensions or sackings. The vast majority know that they will be chosen to play again the following week whether they want to or not and all while they continue to pick up obscene amounts of wages every week. There is no shame, accountability or pride. They are effectively sticking two fingers up to everybody who turns up to to watch them play. I blame Jimmy Hill.

I'm off to watch Harborough Town, lived there all my life until moving to Lutterworth 5 years ago. The football team was crap for donkeys years (could be Leicester but is Harborough) considering the size of the town, until several teams merged, now look at them WOW! See you all in 4 or 5 years as they pass LCFC on their way up.

The only way we stay up is if they relegated Man City with Ipswich and Southampton. Mads is off to Chelsea in January and RVN won't last the season. I've said several times before on this forum that if we do go down then it's a straight drop to league one at the end of next season, points deduction or not. We are frighteningly abysmal. I really don't even care anymore. Supposed professional footballers getting paid a fortune for doing nothing. This club will never get another penny out of me, in fact they would have to pay me to go and watch that PATHETIC bunch of tossers.
