Nothing happens until the points deduction is cleared up imo. Only desperate managers would want to come here with that looming over. If we can survive in mid table with a points deduction, then I feel we may as well as stick with him until the summer.

The difference with Vestergaard is I don't think he's not trying, he's just shit.

Best hope is someone who can just motivate and also stick to a pretty simple football idea. Players are going to be here regardless until the summer, we need someone who can get something out of them.

Need changes at centre back, no other options though unless Okoli is fit. Can change full backs, but barely makes us any better. Need to move James back but other number 10 options are shit. Fatawu needs dropping but no good alternative other than trying Monga from the right. Marti is making some shit decisions but he has some of the worst options I can remember in a long time. I'd rather have the Holloway team.

Are we getting to the stage where Russel Martin will be an improvement
