I actually think I enjoy how annoyed people get watching Selby and I do think he's held to a different standard to everyone else and people are just waiting to criticise. Problem Selby has, particularly these days, is finishing frames off. Them one or two extra balls in a break would shave his match times by a third..and then it causes frames to drag as he's so good (difficult to play against) in that situation.

Would rather we got our experience from players who have played a reasonable amount at this level and would jump at the chance to play for a 'big club' rather than someone one their way down who is crocked.

Should've just stood him up rather than going to ground. Was never getting there. Did make a couple of great standing tackles towards the end when it was all or nothing for him.

We have a decision to make regarding Nelson and Jakub as I think they both have 1 year left - Probably have to offer a new contract to both. A chance someone will take a chance on Nelson and we'd have to accept if he doesn't want to sign. Be nice if someone like Vestergaard ripped up his final year and offered to leave for free - he doesn't need the money - and see if he can find a team in European leagues or back in Denmark. Same for Winks if he has indeed got a year extension. Everyone is for sale, and I think we will lose a couple of youngsters to clubs who want to take a gamble. We'll be left with the youngsters no-one else wants. Souttar and Skipp will be on good wages but if there is a way they can stay I'd be ok with that. Probably need at least 9 first 11 players - maybe even 11 - just don't see how we can fund a rebuild like that. There will be lower league players that'll probably still jump at the chance to join us, which will do for a season maybe and then we'll be stuck with them for 5 years on stupid wages

Only positive about this game is that the players have to turn up and play a game when they would rather be doing anything else.

To be fair, it's not uncommon to let out a smile in periods of disappointment. I think I have smiled in-front of my TV. It's the excitable little dance that winds you up...

I think people read a bit too much into clapping. Every club as them, they don't care that much what happens, they probably didn't over celebrate our success too. Vast majority are older who are just their out of routine and habit. People clapping as not caused our demise.

Wouldn't mind Millwall having a crack at the top flight. Was going to say let them win, but I don't think we'll need too.

Top is a typical rich kid who has lost interest once it got difficult. Treated us like a football manager game, he would've started a new save if he could. Losing his dad has been huge of course, but he's had enough time to realise that he's out of his depth and has been taken for a ride by those he trusts. He doesn't know how to run a business, but then he needs to surround himself with people who do, and he hasn't. Needs to do the decent thing and find a buyer and accept his time is up.

It's weird because he'd be a huge fan favourite if he finished even half of his chances. Never stopped running. He's a player I've not enjoyed going to shit.
