Every time I've read Marti's post-match comments, I feel he is correct but he's obviously unable to either see this quick enough in-game or isn't good enough to get it across to the players and change. Coming across more of a pundit than a manager.

If it wasn't anything to do with illness or injury then he needs to work on his fitness, because he keeps getting dragged in midweek games because he's knackered by 60 minutes. That shouldn't be happening at his age, not at this stage of the season.
