They are shite with or without him.
-
A loan to the shittiest PL team was the worst possible move for him. He was hardly the biggest issue there and they are still going to be bottom at the end of the season with or without him. He needs to go somewhere where he can develop. The irony is that if he did somehow fit our system (which I agree he doesn't) then the way we dominate teams would have done wonders for his confidence. Fingers crossed the right move can be found for him.

Would be surprised if it isn't the above with the amendments i made. I don't think Doyle is ready for this and JJ (imho) is the better defender and we need that tomorrow. Unless he has an issue, pretty sure Casadei starts over Akgun. Akgun more likely to replace either one of the wingers or KDH.
-
Whats interesting to me is that for the first time in a while, a lot of key players will be well rested. KDH has only played 20 minutes this year. The Wingers and Winks haven't played since New Years Day. They should all come out fired up.

Over the last 10 games they are even 4 points better off than the mighty Leeds, which must make them unbelievable quality.

I like Luke. But being sent back and swapped with Ward - thats got to trash your confidence.

If you are not an italian bald bastard, i'm not interested.

Man U have had one of their worst ever starts to a PL campaign, are boring to watch and look like a horrible disjointed team. Evans is a core part of that. The fact that Man U have not been able to recruit anyone better than him is laughable. After last season, they deserve each other as far as I am concerned.

Heard a rumour that transfer fee expectations are a little high. Chelsea clearly rate his long term value. Been much better lately and contributed goals and assists. Not as good as Ndidi, but he's out for a while. He stays for the rest of his loan period.

The best way to improve that 44% set piece goals stat it to start letting in more goals in open play. Simple really.

Didn’t warm up against Huddersfield as well. Hmmmmm. Hope it’s as simple as he doesn’t like being rested. -

Rather have that in the 5th round. Lets get a minnow at the KP first. -

I've had little to complain about in the last few games. He's been better since he tried to do those stupid step overs at the KP . He's not Ndidi for sure, but from hereon he is the no 1 choice in that spot and i think he's likely to take the responsibility well and i am sure he will be the main man in training when they do those drills etc. He's going to have some poorer performances for sure, especially against teams that press well, but he has started to prove that there are better showings there as well and something the fans should get behind. Still pretty sure we don't sign him, and don't think he is ready for Chelsea next year. But hoping for a decent 2nd half of the season from him.

Over the last 6 and 10 they are 3rd in the form table, even above the mighty Leeds: The only thing is their home form isn't as good where they have drawn 3 in their last 6 home games. Their GD is pretty decent too. They have come on leaps and bounds since the start of the season and are pushing for a playoff spot. This is a tough game, and we need to go full strength and to be on it. No one should be thinking this one is a walk in the park.

I actually disagree. He is obviously behind Mads and with much a smaller amount of games is not fair to compare, but Stolarczyk actually plays the role in the same way as Mads which is hard to do and takes some bottle. He was still at times really high up and playing that additional CB role and pinging balls about. He was less successful, but we were also playing a weaker team and most importantly one with Winks and Vesty who has higher possession stats than most Championship teams. He has clearly learned a lot from Mads this season. I would actually like to see him get more game time and also some time with a full strength team. The problem is, Mads is so bloody good that feels a little unlikely. However, when needed today Stolarczyk pulled out some pretty decent saves. He should be happy with that i think. If Mads has a good PL season next year I don't expect him to hang around too long, and i think Stolarczyk continuing to learn offers us a good long term alternative.

Liverpool away it is then. -
Doyle exactly as I remember. Nice going forward but can’t defend.

Really?
-
No better way to increase the transfer fee than to say he has an attitude problem!
-
Cos he has no doubt had his January transfer meeting with Levy and realised he’s not getting anything.

Yet everyone was whining when he was subbed off in games, especially the Ipswich match. I know Enzo has started him a lot but he hasn't been playing full games. But i think the time has come to start seriously thinking about what happens now being Wilf.
