Until any ink is dry on that contract then he isn't here. But the rumours are that personal terms have been agreed so i would presume the club and him are in communication with each other. I fail to believe that they havent even spoken to each other. But, unless a contract is signed then any other club can come in and take him. So it could definitely fall apart still.

I think he has had quite a lot of balanced posts covering pros and cons. I don't think Dyche was the only comparison. There was also Russell Martin I think this is a step up for Rhol, and I get he has been at a basket case for 1.5 years, but LCFC is a different beast. He will have ego driven International players, a likely overbearing management structure around him, and a stream of academy players who will have to nurture. Jury is out on if he is capable of that just yet. Sound like at SW he was able to do pretty much what he wanted.

Oh dear god. We had this last time we were in the Championship and we all beat ourselves up because we didnt get 200 points and only concede 5 goals. Right now, im just up for us being competitive with the top tier and developing the academy.
