Sorry - I would take that if Ricardo was bombing up the wing and overplayed for games. He fell apart pretty much immediately but should have been able to keep himself fit in the meantime. Injury wise he is a liability we cant afford.
-
He looked like a child. I remember watching him warm up in one of the Europa games (it might have been Randers at home). He tiny. I just cant believe he was anywhere near ready beforehand, but his ACL probably happened right at the moment he was.
-
So he needs special treatment then otherwise one game knackers him? It gets worse.

This is the thing I cant get out my head. My son is 13. He plays a poor standard for a local team, and the thought that someone only 3 years older is getting minutes in PL games whilst the fans are almost demanding that player starts boggles my mind. You would have thought competing to the best of your ability and winning stuff is the best development path right now. But, Monga could push through next season in the Championship and hit the big time quickly. Or he could struggle because it happened so quickly and drop down to the U23 and that feel a failure. I kind of feel this is where Braybrooke has ended up after his loan. You can understand why they tread so cautiously with these kids.

He didnt bomb up and down the wing this season. He broke down pretty quickly after his first full appearance.

This might seem an odd thing to say, but we aren't in the sort of trouble that Dyche specialises in. We are i day 2 of the summer transfer window preparing for a preseason and a 46 game championship campaign where we likely will have one of the strongest squads available, and some amazing academy prospects coming through. What we need is solid strategic thinking, off loading deadwood and players that dont align with our strategy, working out the pathway for the youth and buying players who are going to add value. Then we need a strong preseason with everyone on board and everyone hungry for success. You call on Dyche when you are 3rd from bottom after 20 games.

Just do see it. I also don't get Ange. Taken one of the riches clubs in the world and makes then more than a defensive laughing stock, basically doubling up the risks of the inverted full back role. I don't see why anyone wants that.

Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR

I bet most bookies wont even take 3 figures on the next Leicester manager market right now. I don't even see a betfair market for bookies to even lay a bet. -
10. Try to hire Potter 11. Look at old photos of me and Brendan 12. Contact Chang. I reckon the plebs would love a free can of the old nats pi55 early next season
-
Russell will do there. Brendan Mk2 verses aging Brendan will be a fascinating battle out of the back.
-
Means he is completely ineffectual. If i was in a position where i couldn't do my job properly, I would seek different employment. Especially if those decisions above me meant tmost around me despise me.
-
Err - the changing of the accounting date was a pretty good loophole!
-
Im angry ok!!!!!!
-
Remember when he would play Ndidi there.
-
Who ever buys him has to be prepared for him to spend over half the season in rehab. I love him, but he cant stay fit. 4 starts for us this season. His body isn't up to it.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Chelmofox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I imagine Mr Rodgers advised to just pay it and because with his coaching skills he would turn him into a world beater. The. He just tried to coach him into a different player. It’s like paying a mid weight developer the CTOs salary because you reckon he will one day get to that position. -

We paid them too much. Pay Daka 20k a week and you can get rid of him. -
As an appointment he was a good one. But his role should have been kept to the basics and he shouldn't have been given free reign the restructure fundamental parts of the club. We are still paying for what he did. He was not a good long term appointment, but those above him should have dealt with the problems long before it became irreversible.
-
They never had a succession plan for Rodgers because they thought he would be there forever, and getting him was one of Tops biggest achievements. They doubled down on everything with him, and i reckon Top is still bitter he has gone.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Chelmofox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Soumare's stats showed he didn't play a significant role in the ligue1 winning season. When Daka was bought in they immediately tried to change him, and turn him into something he wasn't. Lookman was always playing 2nd fiddle to other options, and think he had to get away from Brendan ball to reach his potential. Vesty always looked like a horse unless Denmark played 7 at the back, and Bertrand was his mate with business links to his sons and agent and pretty sure Brendan himself did nicely out of that. Brendan had this 'ideal' that he could sort out rough diamonds. Most of those signings were rough diamonds that were paid as if they weren't. But Brendan still thought he lived in the footballing world where if something doesn't work, you cast them off and get rid for a loss. Our board were stupid enough to believe Brendan would sort out that lot, turn them into world beaters and Chelsea will come for them all licking their lips. -

People could berate Brendan all they want. The club signed a contract with him so the default position is that it will be honoured. I would be shocked if Ruud walked. Might happen but very unlikely, but all this talk that its the honorable position to take is nonsense. A contract has been signed and im pretty sure the club didnt give him what he was promised. -

Why should he quit - he has signed a contract and should expect to be paid it. -

They cant because there is a contract. I doubt Ruud is in high demand right now, but if he speaks to any club there would be have to be talk of paying the settlement figure to break the contract. -
Weird take.Top and Rudkin 'managed' Brendan and were accountable for his performance. He didn't make himself too expensive to sack -> he negotiated power at the club and a contract value which was approved by Top / Rudkin. Football people should know what % of managers end up getting sacked. Top / Rudkin were too blinkered to notice it going wrong, and believed the the claptrap Brendan sold them. The club is their responsibility, and Brendan was just somebody employed to do a job. They failed in managing that properly and mistakes they made during Brendans tenure are still hurting us today.

Highlights and lowlights 2024-2025 Season
Chelmofox replied to hackenbacker's topic in Leicester City Forum
The 2nd goal vs Brighton at home was pretty cool, especially as at the time felt we were having a new manager bounce. Wolves home was the lowest, and watching their manager fist pumping the away fans hurt, especially when the old bloke behind me said 'he'll regret doing that by the end of the season'. Broke up a fight between 2 geezers arguing about Danny Ward and had to watch some of the worst goalkeeping i had ever seen.
