Hes plenty fast enough for a player who won't rely on pace. Look at some of the top wingers/forwards with good close control. Bernardo and Cherki aren't exactly rapid. Change of direction is as or more important. Hazard used to kill defenders from a standing start by shifting his body one way then the other.
