Shit.

This is why you don't suck on biros.

He'd be a squad player and if he's any good Hudds will want to keep him or make some money. Good age though.

On the bench for Cremo v Lazio.

Thanks for the memories. Struggling to think of any, but see ya!
-
He does seem ideal really. Proven at the level. Young. But how much?

For @whoareyaaa Don't spend all £2.75 at once...
-
I had no idea that Fuchs is 'Fox' in German. That settles it for me. 12 year contract.
-
Smells of a "Much needed Premier League experience" type of signing. Could definitely see it. On loan with us subsidising his wages...

National Headbutt Championships will continue after these messages....
-
Resigned didn't he?
-
I thought so initially. Marginally behind the ball though? Edit: Seems so.

You can get a cream for that mate.

We don't really know that yet though.

Woyo came on for Sassuolo on 40 minutes in a 2-0 victory against Milan. Bet he can't wait to swap the San Siro for Hayes Lane.

They're very good at falling over.

The threat of a deduction has hindered us far more than the deduction itself I think, and it's hung over us for longer. So in one respect with the way it's played out you could say we should have took our medicine earlier. Though there's an argument that actually you might be better off just ignoring PSR, spend the money and take the hit as long as you've spent the money well enough (!) that a points deduction doesn't matter.

Surely today is the first day of the players holidays. Officially. Unofficially it's about day 292.

Largely agree. With the youngsters being exempt as they won't fetch much to make cheaper alternatives genuine alternatives.

Who Actually Made A Difference 25/26 Season

So Marti had us on course for 60 points! -
Given how shit they looked before that's a pretty decent record. Prior to his appointment they'd have been on for around 33 points. They've finished on 43. I'm not advocating for his appointment but using his record at a team that was bottom of the league, had finished the previous season in 22nd place, hadn't spent anything and had their best player in Braybrooke moved on to another club by ourselves in January, isn't all that damning. Oddly based on his PPG if he'd been in charge all season they'd have had more points but wouldn't have finished any higher (unless they'd have taken those points off of Shrewsbury).

Not sure that's the case. It's listed (on Transfermarkt) as ending in June but that's because it's the u21 contract, and he's currently 21. His wiki says he signed a senior deal in 2025 but doesn't state the length.

Most of them will be. As a championship club a lot of players would join us on the basis that they'd probably expect to play a season of Champ football and then become Premier League players. With this relegation you're talking about it taking, at best, another 2 seasons before that's possible. In a short career most players aren't going to be happy essentially wasting their time in the lower echelons of the league. Even if we think they're collectively there on merit, on an individual level they'll be blaming everyone else for their situation.

Davide Ancelotti after the WC? Don't want him, just we've been linked before and he was sacked by Botafogo and has since joined his old man with the Brazil National team.
